Over the next 4 years the number of eligible Latino voters Nationwide is projected to increase by more than 4 million. More than 90% of Hispanics under 18 are US citizens and about 800,000 of them turn 18 and become eligible to vote every year according to the Center for American Progress. So if you are trying manage the vote of the 11million undocumented latinos in this country, you have already lost the battle. Why? because every two years about 1.6 million latino children become elligible to vote. They are listening and watching those who are talking about their parents. Be careful little mouth what you say!
Every year, senior citizens in this country are being swindled out of billions of dollars. In a survey conducted by the Investor Protection Trust, the Investor Protection Institute and the American Bar Association, 34 percent of lawyers polled said they are dealing with or expect to have senior clients who have been exploited.
A few years ago, the Investor Protection Trust released a survey that found that more than7.3 million Americans older than 65 already had been victims of fraud. And a recent MetLife survey estimated that seniors older than 60 have lost nearly $3 billion a year to financial abuse. And surprisingly, much of this abuse is not from strangers.
There are lots of scams targeting senior citizens, and according to the experts, some of the more popular ones are: prizes/sweepstakes, investments, charity contributions, loans and mortgages, health, funeral and life insurance.
Most elderly victims of financial abuse don't report fraud because they are either too ashamed, don't realize they are being duped until it's too late to get their money back, or their adult children fail to recognize the problem in time to intervene.
On today’s episode of Your Money. Your Matters, we’ll discuss the issue of scams against senior citizens and what can be done to protect them.

Welcome everyone to Blog Talk Radio and Youth Speak. It's my pleasure to have on the program today Tzaddik Kawano, 6 years of age, who just created an amazing meditation for children. (see link below)
Tzaddik uses meditation to help him focus and work on his feelings. He listens to guided meditations with his mom, but had never heard created by a child, so he decided to create on. He has only done one so far, but is working on creating more.
Tzaddik is a 1st grader this year. His favorite subject at school is science. He likes turtles, going to Lake Michigan, and eating pizza with his brothers. He has completed four 5k races so far and is doing the next one in October. Each 5k race helps to raise money to help other kids live better lives.
Tune in for this interview with Tzaddik to learn the story behind the making of this tape, which was completely his idea!
HERE IS THE CHILDREN'S MEDITATION CREATED BY TZADDIK KAWANO. ENJOY!
Poor people, we can vote our way to prosperity. The wealthiest of Americans and foreigners use US politicians to gain access to riches. The wealthiest of people pool their interest and gain access to politicians in a group called (ALEC) American Legislative Exchange Council. Poor people do not have equal access and so goes poverty. People in poverty do not and never have had equal access socially, judicially nor economically. Unless members of the working class stand up to the top 1% of wealthiest of Americans things get worse, not better. Look around you and never expect more, because there is no way to make something out of the nothing you see. You have to be willing to change. If you want something you have to create something. There isn't much poor people can actually create with limited funds. But poor people, we can create a conglomerate, that stands for political change, and expects to gain access to necessary elements to change poverty into a life of prosperity according to your desires. Voting is the way to prosperperity for the rich and the poor. Put voting first America. Register to Vote and use the vote to hire people who will perform the necessary actions allowing you opportunity to prosper from your efforts. And it is time we begin the serious talk about time limits and loss of jobs for US Senate and Congress.
