Our Behavior and Their Behavior
by Picket Fences Divorce Recovery in Women
Tags: husband divorce God evaluation behavior
When we seriously look at forgiveness, we must take a hard look within ourselves, but we also must know where the enemy is and how the enemy attacks, in order to understand how to combat the persecution, or the battle that is before us. When we look within ourselves and truly seek God's eyes within our own lives, then something from within us becomes crystal clear that we must change our behavior in order to positively react to the persecution that is ravaging against us. Then and only then, can we really see how God looks at our spouse who we believe is the center of our problems. But, as we see them through God's eyes, we see them in a very different light...a light that shines down on their sin with great love and concern. We begin to care about what happens to them spiritually, which leads us into a Godly forgiveness. Join us as we look within ourselves and look within our spouse through God's eyes, so that forgiveness can be complete.

Shaping a New Behavior without Coercion
by Dr Michael Harris in Self Help

Thursday May 9, 2013 @1 pm (CST)
The Chef and I are getting "DOWN AND DIRTY" about BEHAVIORAL SHAPING. The technology of behavioral shaping has been around since the 1940’s and plenty of people know about “clicker” training and positive reinforcement training if you’re talking about pets and working animals, but when you start talking about shaping human behavior people say “WHOA”, you can’t do that.
I say it happens all the time. So if people are already influencing you and you are influencing others; why not do it ethically and deliberately?
Now for this radio show and for simplicity, we will keep this information geared for influencing yourself and/or your diet/exercise partner (and they know about it)
Any new behavior (diet, exercise or sport) before it becomes part of a system must learned, then integrated into first the context and then the whole system. Join us on the air just email us or call (818) 668-5406 Talk to you soon, Michael

Do YOU really understand BUSINESS?
Tags: Life What is business personal relationship common sense repositioning
Innovative minds are needed in this world. Free Enterprise has a valid meaning. Common sense with insight from your inner spirit can elevate you to the level you were destined. There could be a downsize season that brings contentment from not feeling pressured to make things happen. As you release people, places and things that no longer fit...your brain will connect with your inner spirit. I do not allow people that represent negativity near my personal space to drain me. I have paid money to reputable energy healers to have remaining negative energy released that was placed on me. Life is about purpose. Mine is about positivity. Negative people drain me. Every smiling face does NOT have good business intent. Some are greedy and will manipulate peopke however they can with a smile as business suffers. I wish people the best in most cases as I go on my path. However, manipulative people I do not smile at when they approach me. I keep it to business at hand. No purpose as they want to know how I am doing yet I know that is not true...if personal I let them know Do not ever speak to me or approach me. Some really are dense to act like you are obligated to deal with them. My personal life is defined by my likes and the Holy Spirit of God. I have a Bachelors in Human Development. I understand many things based on my career in healthcare and life experiences. However, my personal relationship with the Holy Spirit is intimate as I am guided by the Spirit of the Creator. Not speaking and being around negative energy people can be deadly to me. Let them drain your energy if you chose. Life is about choice so honestly as I agree to disagree is best for me as I have done in many cases. I am not into lying smiling faces. So call me angry, bitter, unforgiving, etc. I do not give a damn. Move on or let them take your livlihood away as they act like what they did on purpose was a mistake. Have common sense

Warning signs can include:
Harming or threatening themselves, other people or pets Damaging or destroying property Lying or stealing Not doing well in school, skipping school Early smoking, drinking or drug use Early sexual activity Frequent tantrums and arguments Consistent hostility towards authority figures Jeff Laforge has been providing mental health services and substance abuse services to children, adolescents, adults and families since 1995.
