When you look around do you see things you are not satisfied with? It seem the only things getting done are things that does not help the country as a whole. It seems that the corrupt people are putting their plans in action and the people who are being hurt as a result are only complaining.
So corrupt people are uniting and plotting and following through with their plans and
complainers are divided, ripping one another to shreds with no plans.
Complaining does not solve the issues. Whatever problems exist for you as an America as a whole includes milllions of others who suffers from the same problems you have. Whatever region you livein, problems exist for all the people in that region, not some. Whatever problem we face America, there is something you can do and you must do it, for your country. Our problems this Sunday morning is fear, lack of confidence in judicial system, warmongering, unemployment, underemployment, healthcare and racism. There is one factor we all can participate toward prosperity for all based on on faith and our works. Voting. Voting still impacts America's society in a greater capacity than anything else. There is something you can do and must do it for your country. VOTE
Why can’t we get anything done in this country? No immigration policy why? What is Congress doing? Why can’t the President get anything done? Why is there so much unemployment as well as underemployment? Who is making money in this economy? The oil companies are not going bankrupt. May be bankrupting my and your pockets. What have we done about school shootings? Why is law enforcement out of control? What is going wrong in Iraq?

I came to Fresno by way of Wisconsin after I was discharged from the U.S.Navy. I have a background in youth/family counseling and mediation. I have a passion to see people’s lives transformed though a personal relationship with Jesus. It is because of my faith that I have been blessed with the opportunities to serve others in many capacities. From my time as a camp counselor to my work with the Rawhide Boys Ranch in Wisconsin, to my tour of duty in the Navy, I have dedicated my life to serving others in any way I can. I am now working for Dunamis Inc. which is an outpatient alcohol and drug clinic. We provide an array of services to include mental health and conflict counseling. I recently graduated with my Master’s degree in Peacemaking and Conflict Studies, and am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership. None of this was inevitable. I struggled with ADHD and the resulting depression and life chaos. I have experienced a close friend commit suicide, and have had long bouts with unemployment and underemployment. Life is challenging and we often try and cope in unhealthy ways. I am blessed to have had great people in my life at the right time to keep me from making really destructive decisions. The combination of faith and community has been powerful in my life.

At the beginning of this month we were met with the big joyous news, "All jobs lost during the recession have now returned." Per the May Job Report, The White House and numerous media outlets, the economy added 217,000 jobs and the unemployment rate held steady at 6.3%. But that's not the full and complete picture behind these numbers. This show will give the real truth behind the numbers and information to make an informed decision in today's job market. To explore these numbers is Recruitment and Staffing Professional Brooke Glover, the owner of Power Job Center based in Chicago, Wednesday, June 25th, 2014, 2pm/3pm(CST/EST). Look at all the unemployment in America. Ask yourself why! Stock market just hit 16,000. American businesses are storing money all over the world. Foreign companies are doing business in America and transferring profits to their own countries. Americans are getting poorer every week that a paycheck does not come into enough American households. You are allowing this to happen.
America is missing backbones. Unemployment is too high because Americans are missing a spine. Americans are not missing skills. Jobs most needed today are needed by the working poor. Any skills needed on such jobs can be developed in weeks on the job. Unemployment is not about citizens not being skilled for the workforce of today.
Unemployment is high because you do not have the spines to go look managers in the face and ask for a job you know are qualified for and capable of doing. Do you really think managers or their staff are looking at all the online resumes and jobs request they receive and reject? That works for businesses. It's nothing more than a feel good step to replace your missing spine. Job loss is political. Job loss is orchrestrated by GOP and ALEC. Not hiring you and bringing in foreigners I'm sure has advantages for CEOs. What advantages? You guess. I know through research, foreigners are paid same salaries if not more than American holding comparable positions. Failure to hire is political. Low wages is political. Keeping job applicants away from businesses is political. Being spinless is you! Grow a spine and call companies where you sent resumes. Government progams can help!
Pride, embarrassment, laziness, lack of confidence, or fear stands in the way of Americans having a spine. Waiting for business managers to care about hiring is spinless. Grow a spine! Suit up. Go get hired.

What are the national policy conversations that need to happen in order to get the long-term unemployed back to work and insure that graduating high school and college students have the skills they need to enter the workforce? Dr. Carl Van Horn, Rutgers University professor and founding director of the Heldrich Center for Workforce Development, tackles these questions in a WorkforceCentral interview with NAWB CEO Ron Painter on Monday, September 16 at 1:00 PM EDT. Ron and Carl will discuss the high-level findings from over 25,000 interviews with American workers as published in Carl’s book, Working Scared (Or Not at All): The Lost Decade, Great Recession, and Restoring the Shattered American Dream. They’ll examine several strategic recommendations and how workforce development professionals can contribute to reshaping policy and help more Americans overcome un- and underemployment.
Millions of Americans have serious challenges:
Under paid workers
All of this is through no fault of ours. Work is we Americans are. ALEC used to hire US workers. Now ALEC are legally hiring foreign workers. ALEC is legally outsourcing US jobs. ALEC is writing bills and our legislators are signing those bills into law.
Worker and Consumer rights bills
Tort Reform and Injuried Americans bills
Privatizing Schools and Higher Education bills
Health, big Pharma, and Social Welfare bills
Environment, Energy, and Agriculture bills
Democracy, Voting, and Federal Relations bills
Tax and Budget bills
Guns, Prisons, Crime and Immigration bills
They are at it again. In 2012 there was voter intimidation and out and out fraud. The IRS was well on its way to delaying and destroying TeaParty in their organizational methods.
The White House has decided to help democrats in the 2014 Elections by delaying a key element of the Affordable Care Act until after the 2014 elections. The provision that require businesses of more than 50 employees to provide health insurance to its employees or face stiff fines has been delayed until 2015.
Even Democrats know the ravages of this onerous piece of legislation will cut deep into American society. Democrats know that unemployment will surge. The Democrats know that underemployment will run rampant. So... in order to allow Democrats to avoid running in this reality they simply broke their own law and delayed a major painful component.
