Special Prime Time Episode
We have a great show today. We are meeting with franchise expert, franchise author and consultant Tom Scarda and Tom is going to talk about his recent book, The Magic of Choosing Uncertainty. Tom will answer the following:
Why did you write the book “The Magic of Choosing Uncertainty”?
From your experience, what types of characteristics make successful franchisees?
What do you like about franchising?
What advice would you give to aspiring entrepreneurs looking to buy a franchise?
In part II, we hear ther President of Franchise Interviews' (Marty McDermott) interview with another NY personality Dr. John Tantillo to discuss branding and franchising.
There will always be uncertainty in life, and especially when you start breaking out of the mould of who you are now to become who you should be. Things like fear, failure, rejection, and disappointment are all going to come knocking at your door. So what should you do? Throw in the towel now, before you have even gotten started?
No! There is only one way to overcome uncertainty, and that is have your mind, heart, and soul laser-focused on becoming what your creator put you here to do. When you do that, no force on Earth can stop you!
If I asked you right now if you are ready to go out and start living the way you should be, what would you say? I suspect that, at this point in the book, you might say yes. Yes, you are probably getting more and more hopeful about your future and excited that you can actually overcome your current circumstances. And that is fantastic!
But what if I asked you if you if you were ready to proclaim your expectations of yourself to the entire world? Would you say yes to that? Most people will probably be a little, or even a lot, more hesitant about doing that. And that is completely understandable.
It can be hard to proclaim that you have high expectations for yourself, because people are going to hold you to them. Am I right?
So I am going to make it easy on you. Instead of asking you to tell the world what you expect of yourself, I want you to just tell yourself. Using the seven statements below as guide, create your own high expectations for yourself, and them read them daily.

“It's not hard to make decisions once you know what your values are.” ~ Roy E Disney
There are no magic formulas for effective leadership, but certain abilities help one to deal with and overcome situations of extreme uncertainty.
"If the mind is to survive this constant battle with the unexpected, two qualities are indispensable: first, an intellect that even in this moment of intense darkness retains some trace of the inner light that will lead to truth, and second, the courage to go where that faint light leads." —Carl von Clausewitz
We look at a lot of scenarios for what might happen in the future -- cool technological developments, major advances in science, new evolutionary developments for humans and for other species on this planet -- but are there any future developments that we can say with any certainty will happen?
Hosts Stephen Gordon and Phil Bowermaster introduce the Inevitablity Scale, a tool for gauging whether a specific future outcome is inevitable. We will take a look at how some future events stack up when measured for inevitability:
The Next Presidential Election
The End of the World
The First Manned Flight to Mars
The Emergence of Greater-than-Human Artificial Intelligence
What can we say for sure that we know is going to happen? Tune in and explore.

Shemetah (sabbatical year or sheviit literally "seventh) is the seventh year of the seven-year agricultural cycle mandated by the Torah for the Land of Israel and still observed in contemporary Judaism. During shmita, the land is left to lie fallow and all agricultural activity, including plowing, planting, pruning and harvesting, is forbidden by halakha (Jewish law).
Israel set aside $29M for the farmers who obey the Shemetah Law (the Israel government believes that God will bless the land if they obey the Shemitah). “While the Shemitah was designed by God to be a blessing to the people, when it was not observed, and when the people walked away from God, it became a curse,” A Jubilee is a Sabbath of Sabbath years (7x7 years=49 years, so rest on the 50th
Jubilee: Jubilee is the institution described in the book of Leviticus (25:8-24) where it is stated that a series of forty-nine years [was] to be counted (there is considerable uncertainty as to the date from when the counting is to begin, but traditionally it is from the creation of the world) and every fiftieth year declared a special year during which there was to be no agricultural work; all landed property was to revert to its original owner; and slaves were to be set free. The name Jubilee is from the Hebrew word yovel, “ram’s horn,” the year being so called because a ram’s horn was sounded when it was proclaimed (Leviticus 25:9). Since this verse says: “[Proclaim liberty] throughout the land for all its inhabitants,” the Talmudic view is that the Jubilee was not observed during the Second Temple period because the majority of Jews no longer lived in the land of Israel.

Kuthumi will also be talking about artistic creativity and it ability to break old mind programming, as well as the energy we infuse into our creations to remind others that they can break from linear mind programming.
No questions will be taken during this show. Instead Kuthumi will lead us through some experiences to reconnect with our soul wisdom and self love .... where all our answers are anyway!
We are discourage through by trials ans tribulations. They bring about uncertainty and comfortability. We will share some personl expeirences on how to remain faithful in God while in testing. Many times we think trials are of the devil, but some may be of God. Satan cannot try the saints, he can throw attacks. But God is the one whom does and have Authority to test the Christians and saints. We belong to HIM

Everyone has uncertainty about whom to trust, how much to trust, when not to trust, and so forth at one time or another. In fact, every day we make choices about whom and how much to trust, and sometimes we are more willing to trust than at other times. That’s a good thing; a total lack of mistrust would indicate a serious psychological problem. Judgments about when and whom to trust help keep us safe and alive!
Where Do Trust Issues Come From?
Often, issues with trust arise based on experiences and interactions in the early phases of life, primarily childhood. A person who did not receive adequate nurturing, affection, and acceptance or who was abuse, violated, or mistreated as a child will often find difficulty in establishing trust as an adult. Likewise, adolescent experiences of either social rejection or social rejection or acceptance may shape a person’s ability to trust those around him or her. For instance, if someone is mocked, teased, or treated by his or her peers during the teenage years, this will influence later relationships. Being betrayed or belittled by others impacts self-esteem which also plays a significant role in a person’s capacity to trust. Basically, those who experience low self-esteem will be less likely to put their trust in those around them than those who are more self-assured.
