Glen writes both fiction and nonfiction from his forty-year career and experience as a trial lawyer and consultant in international business and banking.
His nonfiction work as the observer in The Prison Trilogy tells the tales in chronological order of how he came to be a lawyer for a Wall Street Journal heiress and her gay husband and how that representation landed him in federal prison. That is the first in The Trilogy. The second book tells the story of his cell mate, Colonel George Trofimoff, serving life for spying for the KGB, and the final book of The Trilogy describes the prisoners, Glen's experiences and takes a hard look at the American criminal justice system.
Andrew Graham rejoins Sean Comer and Mark Radulich as they review Peter Jackson's second trip to Middle Earth, The Hobbit. Since BTR cut off our show 2 weeks ago, we'll spend a few minutes concluding our discussion of Return of the King. After that we'll dive right into all the pre-production issues that plagued the Hobbit Trilogy. We'll talk about the special editions and debate whether Jackson should have tried to keep it to 2 movies
The Hobbit is a film series consisting of three high fantasy adventure films directed by Peter Jackson. They are based on the 1937 novel The Hobbit by J. R. R. Tolkien, with large portions of the trilogy inspired by the appendices to The Return of the King, which expand on the story told in The Hobbit, as well as new material and characters written especially for the films. The films are subtitled An Unexpected Journey (2012), The Desolation of Smaug (2013), and The Battle of the Five Armies (2014).
THE BOOK OF MASTERY: The Mastery Trilogy: Book I ~ Paul Selig
Most of us are searching for the path to happiness. Whether we are seeking wealth, relationships, or spiritual enlightenment, our shared endeavor to achieve fulfillment is what defines us. But, how do we know if we are focusing our efforts in the right places?
As celebrated channeler Paul Selig reveals in THE BOOK OF MASTERY: The Mastery Trilogy: Book 1, we often allow our concept of happiness to eclipse the true desires of our inner self.
In this first installment of the widely anticipated Mastery Trilogy, Paul imparts practical guidance from nine benevolent guides through clairaudient dictation. These unseen intellects provide surprisingly practical, otherworldly insight to help readers achieve fulfillment and peace by setting healthy boundaries, making life-altering decisions, and embracing the challenging people they encounter on a daily basis.
It is with deep humility and care that Selig, a widely produced, Yale-educated playwright with faculty positions at NYU and Goddard College, presents these dictations. His voice, often interrupting and questioning the revolutionary -- and sometimes controversial -- statements made by the Guides, helps crystalize their important, transcendent teachings. Documenting twenty-seven supernatural channeling sessions, THE BOOK OF MASTERY will lead readers on an unprecedented journey of self-development. As the Guides themselves put it: "We will tell you this: No one who reads these books will be left unchanged.”
