Taking the expression 'thinking outside the box' to a whole new level. Are schools really teaching our kids to be dumber? The Common Core strategy is that it doesn't matter if the answer is wrong as long as the explanation makes sense. Huh? I guess a good example of that would be: Murder is wrong, but I really hated the guy and felt he didnt deserve to live? Crazy right?
On this weeks show we are looking at the implementation of the new school curriculum and why even when an answer is wrong, it's right.
The Common Core education package is now being used in schools around the world, so how come parents were not even aware of it until recently? How much dumber do we want our kids to be?
Even worse, how can parents be expected to help with homework, when nobody knows what is right anymore? And how can this practice be put into effect when it was never approved by the education system?
Join me for this weeks show where I will be answering these questions and a whole bunch more.
Would you be surprised to hear just who is financing this operation?
