Nickademus Hollon is young and fearless. Having just placed 2nd in arguably one of the most grueling Ultra-Marathon Races in the world, the infamous Tor des Geants (The Tour of Giants) is evidence. We have him live to tell his story.
The Tor des Géants (205 miles of running through the 4 steepest mountains in Europe) is the first and only race to combine long distance with the individual style of runners: the organization does not impose any compulsory stages, and the winner will be the runner who completes the race in the shortest time, making his or her own decisions on when and how long to stop for rest and refreshment. The maximum time allotted for completion of the race is 150 hours.

the revolution of the mind continues..
we MadMen are here to help you find, take back, and keep your righteous mind.
And it begins with how we relate to each other. It has come to our attention that we have been sorely lacking in addressing the solution of every problem we have in regards to unity.. How we love each other.
We begin by taking a look and tearing apart at what we have been taught, or an idea that caused a clamor in the consciousness of men and women. Starting with the ideas from the 80's book "The Blackman's Guide to Understanding The Black Woman".
If you are an insecure Black man still looking for an unrealistic fantasy in controlling women - this show ain't for you.

Dee Nash joins us to talk about her latest book: The 20-30 Something Garden Guide.
"Urban farming is the hot new movement sweeping the country: growing food closer to where we live, whether it’s on a condo deck, in a backyard or in a community garden. The 20/30-Something Garden Guide gives that busy, mostly urban, cohort a fun, non-intimidating introduction to the basics of gardening. These are the folks who want to know where their food comes from, and they’re hip to the importance of good health and the environment. They may not have a lot of free time or change in their pockets, but if they could find a no-fuss Gardening 101 that spoke their language and gave achievable goals, they’d go for it. This is that book: high graphic appeal, fully illustrated, step-by-step projects and essential tips. Garden expert Dee Nash divides her book into four types and sizes of gardens, starting with “Farming Your Patio, Balcony or Deck,” and giving incremental goals for the first year, and the second and third. With this guide as a basic roadmap, new gardeners can be as creative and out-of-the-box as they want. It's theirs to enjoy."

Father Sabastiaan joins Greenberg this week to explore the catacombs and haunted areas of Paris. Sabastiaan, an expat from New York, fell in love with history and the macabre at an early age. He has travelled the world, exploring historic haunted buildings, graveyards, and catacombs.
After traveling to a great deal of countries, he felt Paris, France calling to him. Even though he was told that people from Paris "don't believe in ghosts" he decided to set up shop in the city. He now successfully runs "ghost tours" and treats both locals and visitors to the rich, sometimes spooky, history of Paris.
