Wife, mother and award-winning producer of the sleeper hit What the Bleep Do We Know?! Betsy Chasse thought she had it all figured out…until she realized she didn’t. The truth was she didn’t know anything about happiness, love, spirituality or herself…nothing, nada, zilch.
In Tipping Sacred Cows, Chasse takes readers on a playful romp through the muddy fields of spirituality, urging them to tip over their sacred cows of belief and realize that they do have a choice, a choice to believe the stories we tell ourselves or create new ones. Her witty, yet unflinching, dissection of her own experience exposes the fragile beliefs we all hold dear.
Betsy Chasse is an internationally known author, filmmaker, and speaker. She is the co-creator of the film What The Bleep Do We Know?! and the author of 3 books, includingTipping Sacred Cows, Metanoia – A Transformative Change of Heart, and the companion book to What the Bleep..., Discovering the Endless Possibilities for Altering Your Everyday Reality. She also blogs for Huffington Post, Intent.com, and other sites. Chasse continues to make provocative films exploring human potential and the nature of reality—or whatever it is we humans are hanging out in.

Colin Tipping – Hypnotherapist & Author
Award winning author, Colin Tipping, is the creator of what has come to be recognized as one of the most powerful leading-edge technologies for personal and spiritual growth today — Radical Forgiveness. A 5 Step Process. His books include Radical Forgiveness, Radical Manifestation, Radical transformation and Radical Self Forgiveness to name a few of the dozen or so books he has written.
A keynote speaker, Colin was educated at London University and Middlesex Polytechnic in the UK. After serving in the Royal Air Force for four years, he became a college lecturer in the Education faculty at London University for ten years, before emigrating to the U.S. in 1984
In 1993, with his wife, JoAnn, he co-founded the Georgia Cancer Help Program and Together-We-Heal, Inc., a non-profit corporation dedicated to emotional and spiritual healing. In 2000, he founded the Institute for Radical Forgiveness Therapy and Coaching, Inc., based in Atlanta, Georgia where he trains people in the skills and practice of Radical Forgiveness Therapy and Coaching. The main characteristic of his work is a practical spirituality that is simple, honest, straight-forward and unpretentious. The bedrock theme running through all his work is that there is divine purpose in everything and that everything that occurs, happens not TO us but FOR us. Therefore, at the spiritual level, there is nothing to forgive. This is the essence of his Radical Forgiveness work and is the thread that runs through everything. It is an optimistic form of spirituality which is essentially free from judgment, blame, resentment, guilt and fear.
ENVISION THIS: It’s time to question your belief systems, to know that you don’t need to have all the answers, and that one size does NOT fit all!
Our guest, Betsy Chasse, says, “As I stand here knee deep in manure, finding my way to reclaiming myself, I’m going to share my version of finding your own capacity to live your life to your highest potential, even while cleaning up cat vomit, carpooling, and waiting in line at the post office.” She identifies herself first and foremost as a mom, “with two wonderful kids, Elora and Max. They are the light of my life and my world revolves around them! We love to garden, paint, create and cause as much of a rumpus as we can together.”
She is probably more familiar to many of our listeners as co-creator of the film, credited with co-writing, co-directing and producing. What The Bleep Do We Know?!
Her new book, Tipping Sacred Cows, and our interview with her have to do with all she has learned and unlearned since that achievement: “It’s time to tip some sacred cows about what we think we know about spirituality, reality, and ourselves. It’s time to get liberated from the fences we’ve put up and frolic once again through the pasture of life, realizing that stepping in cow shit is not always such a bad thing. That happiness is not a destination but a state of mind and you’re already there if you’re willing to just do a little work to uncover your true bliss, your happy mojo, that creamy cream that exists in the middle of you!” Betsy has some wonderful insights on finding your own spiritual path in today's hectic world.
If you’re a rank-and-file worker chances are you don’t have an au pair, your own massage therapist or someone you employ to walk your pets.
That’s where this story starts to seem unusual. McDonald’s published a guide for suggested tips as a way to help its employees manage this burdensome holiday task.
Who to tip? How much? It you are making slightly above minimum wage there’s a chance this information could be enormously helpful.

The term, Paradigm Shift, has completely entered mass consciousness. Everyone has heard the phrase, “the only constant in life is change.” Never has that been more true than today. We seem to be moving at a dizzying rate of speed and our consciousness must change and transform with it or we could very well go the way of the dinosaurs, or one of the other previous five great extinctions on this planet. In fact, many reputable mainstream scientists now believe that we’ve already reached a climate tipping point that can’t be reversed, resulting in higher planetary temperatures that humans will not be able to live in. How high? Perhaps as little 3-4 degrees in as little as a decade away.
Join Gary in this hard-hitting essay about the importance of a vibrational shift in consciousness, a major Paradigm Shift in thinking, and the very real need for a tipping point that moves into a place where we can possibly the biggest problem humanity faces: us.
When does th tipping point occur for our collective national health? It's pretty clear we have more obese individuals, as a percentage, than ever before. Maybe it's just cosmetic or maybe ther is, dare I say a cause. Everyone seems to be an expert...not!

If you are someone who prizes good service and thinks it should be rewarded I would suggest that you not add the tip to your bill if you pay with a credit card.
The employer then has the right to withhold the tip from your server until they get paid and deduct taxes from it.
If you want to help the servers and hairdressers who work very hard for every penny, please tip in cash.
Tipping may disappear because everything is costing so much, but remember that servers are only rarely guaranteed minimum wage.
