Checking the Pulse on your heart by taking a look at some of the cutting edge issues that are affecting you and the people around you. And have you consider...
How in the world is all this mess called life affecting your heart?
I can’t explain why I decided to eat again, except for the way I saw myself clearly one day for the skeleton I was. And I wanted then, more than anything to be normal. It was never about the food, and all about the scapegoats. Eventually, we’re left emptier for trying to pass the blame. That’s a quote by Emily Wierenga from her book Chasing Silhouettes: how to help a loved one battling an ED. Emily’s struggle with anorexia began when she was only 9 years old. Today, she’s healthy, happy and on a mission to help other young women find freedom.
She was a home-schooled pastor’s daughter who wasn’t allowed to play with Barbies or dance. Her mum made sure there would be nothing that could tempt her daughter to be vain, or to contract an eating disorder. So she went ahead and got one anyway. At the age of nine, Emily Wierenga began to restrict her food intake, and by the time she was 13, she was so severely anorexic nurses were surprised she was still alive. The untold story - Tony Mammarella, Dick Clark's program director, had half the publishing on their follow-up Headin' For The Poorhouse and it never got any airplay on American Bandstand - how bizarre is that?

I am a second generation Psychic and Clair-cognizant mental Medium. My concentrated focus is on Spiritual Healing and I’m currently designing a Psychic Healer Course for the fall term at; Higher Source International (HSI), dates forth-coming.
I am a Psychic Medium focusing on sensing spirit through many different Clairs.
I’m predominately Clair-cognizance - (the knowing)
As “I” sense Spirit, their spirit energy flows through the upper left hemisphere of my brain, it feels like “Concentrated Love”. The information is then processed through an evaluation of symbols, feelings, and often times even smells.
I have also seen spiritual silhouettes of maternal / paternal order from beyond the “Veil”, in my Mind’s eye. My journey has been really Amazing!
Day one of my journey begins as documented in a recently released book out on Amazon.com, by Psychic Medium Glenda Abel - “Heaven Is Ours - Against All Odds”!
