NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE DEBT COLLECTION FDCPA VIOLATIONS QWR RESPONSE CFPB CONSUMER RIGHTS VIOLATIONS
"the daily complaint"
Every weekday we will be answering client complaints on THE DEBT SHOW to provide direction and resources for both the person complaining as well as other consumers experiencing similar issues whether it be mortgage fraud, loan servicing escrow issues, loan modification runarounds or denials, short sale refusals, deed in lieu negotiations and credit card debt collector abuses and fraud violations.
I routinely look for posts to answer in hopes that it will not only bring optimism to those homeowners and borrowers in distress but also some basic information to assist in fighting the banks that are "too big to fail" like Bank of America and Citi but yet don't appreciate the bailout that we provided in their time of need. The debt collectors like Ocwen and Nationstar are simply just scumbags but they can be beat at their own game too just like the big banks can be defeated.
We are committed to answering consumer complaints and addressing everyday credit and debt issues on THE DEBT SHOW!
We hope you enjoy THE DEBT SHOW...

Collections. This is a big topic for a lot of people. Do you pay collections? What do you do with collection phone calls? How long do collections sit on your credit report? There are lots of myths and not a lot of valid information on the internet. Watch below to find out what you need to know about dealing with collection agencies and debt collections.
Dealing With Collection Agencies – Are They Really Your Collections?
Mike: Collections. Let’s say that you just got turned down for that home loan and you say, they say, well, you’ve got five collections. They’re four years old.
First of all, are those really your collections, Brian? We don’t know that. You don’t know that. You might not even know that yourself. I never lived in this apartment complex and they’re (unclear) on the line.
So what we’re going to make them do is we’re going to make them prove that’s your debt. And by Federal Trade Commission guidelines, they have to give you a copy of the original note you signed, plus a complete billing history, to prove that’s the exact amount, the exact date, that’s your collection. If not, we’re going to remove it.

Nosso Lar (Portuguese for “Our Home”) is the name of the spirit colony that Andre Luiz describes in this first book of his collection. In this vibrant narrative, the author offers us his observations and discoveries regarding life in the spirit world, acting as a sort of reporter who records his own experiences. It reveals a pulsating world full of life and activity organized in exemplary fashion, and where discarnate spirits go through steps of recovery and spiritual education supervised by high order spirits. Nosso Lar enables us to see beforehand the spirit world that awaits us when we abandon the corporeal body through physical death."

Kayte Deioma, as Auntie Kayte, creates songs and stories that teach children to love and respect themselves, others and the world around them. She enchants children with a new spin on familiar characters, while fostering creativity, positive values, conscious citizenship, and the ability to think analytically and make good choices. Auntie Kayte provides tools that help parents and teachers reinforce positive behaviors and beliefs in kids (and in themselves!). Her healing lullabies use scientific principles to foster healthy sleep for all ages. Her happy songs and stories help kids 2 through 10 figures out who they are and who they choose to be in the world. Auntie Kayte wants every child to feel loved and valued, and that their opinions, ideas and choices matter.
Kayte returned to her musical roots after a 20 year break, when her journey took a detour creating youth programs for Cambodian refugees, and becoming a professional photographer and writer. Finding and telling stories have been a thread through all of her work. Divine intervention brought her back to music and inspired the creation of a whole collection of children's songs soon to be recorded. You can hear samples of her music at www.auntiekayte.com
