A polite warning; prolonged exposure to Jamie Catto could blow your mind.… as seen recently in The Sunday Times Style magazine, Jamie Catto is the creative catalyst, producer and director behind the global philosophy and music project ‘1 Giant Leap’ (The first 1 Giant Leap was nominated for 2 Grammys in 2003, sold over 300 thousand albums, and won numerous awards globally.) The new movie and album, ‘What About Me?’ released in 2009, has recently won the Grand Jury Prize for Best Documentary at Red Rock Film Festival ...
A musician and filmmaker, Jamie was a founding member of Faithless – the most successful name in dance music in recent decades, but is perhaps best loved for his landmark music and film project 1 Giant Leap. Exploring “the predicament of being human,” he and Duncan Bridgeman travelled the world recording the finest musicians and interviewing thought-leaders from different cultures, revealing “the unity within the diversity.” Combining his experience from projects such as 1 Giant Leap with a passion for personal evolution, Jamie began delivering workshops last year in places ranging from Devon to Berlin, Seattle to Thailand.
“I think we’re living in a world where we’ve all agreed a massive compromise through the pursuit of approval,” Jamie says. “We get addicted to the ‘crack’ of approval very early on in life. Because of this, we edit ourselves incrementally until we’re these crippled 30% versions of ourselves.
Business Professional Terry L. Bridgeman is my special guest who will talk about the advantages of working for yourself as well as the disadvantages of working for someone else.
Don't Miss It! This is a pre promotion for a 10 part series with Terry L. Bridgeman hosted by Gregory D. Anderson Jr, right here on "GREGSPEAKS".
