After grazing all of the comedy clubs in NYC for 6yrs & having an opportunity to perform on Broadway at the world famous Caroline's Comedy Club (and receiving 4 standing ovations in one set) he decided it was time for Television-so on to Los Angele's he went. In 1999 Shawn was given the opportunity to perform on BET'S COMICVIEW and hasn't looked back since, his name quickly gained notoriety all over the world. After 6 performances on BET Shawn started branching out to other networks (HBO,COMEDY CENTRAL,NBC,etc) his parodied remix performance of Usher's "You got it bad" became a world wide sensation called "You've gotten Fat" getting THOUSANDS of hits on Youtube,Google & many other other media networks. Shawn Harris has a national following in many cities across the US and in the UK,as well as online communities, colleges,& on television.
