Alan and I met through an exclusive, private Facebook group for experienced recruiters. More than once Alan has picked up the phone and called me out of the blue, when I posted a question on a particularly challenging situation I had. -- Garick Chan

We're not really into talking about Recruiting Technology on The Recruiting Animal Show but I heard a guy from Greenhouse on @DriveThruHR and he seemed to know something about recruiting as opposed to software so I invited him to come on this show. He said he'd get back to me and the next thing I know his company was shoving this other guy in front of me. I could have rebelled but I figured, "Hey, I'll trust them. They wouldn't send me a bore, would they?". Well, yeah, they probably would but I've got a feeling he isn't so let's see what he can do. My research shows that he's already been interviewed by everybody but me -- and the Animal Crew
Jeremy Ames, an HR Technology Consultant is bringing Ben Martinez, VP HR of Hirevue to argue that in the future, it will be possible to recruit without phone calls.
Then, we will interview, junior recruiter, Angela Bortolussi.

I co-founded Pronexia with the aim of changing the face of the industry. Our clients expect a lot from us because we refuse to settle for mediocrity in everything that we do and I look forward to the day when all companies start demanding a lot more, thus forcing the rest of our “competitors” to clean up their act. Mediocrity is a crime – please, don’t be an accomplice.
Jason Weingarten, Co-founder and CEO of @Yello_co drops by @DriveThruHR and talks about Recruiting, CRM and College Recruiting
“From failure we learn. From failures, successes are born.” We don't speak of failure very often at work or on social media but it is from failure that learning and innovation arise. We’ve all made a bad choice or decision in our careers that didn’t turn out as we had planned, but we have all learned and grown from that experience. Daily on DriveThruHR, we explore the themes of failure, learning and success. Join us and our guests as we share these stories of failure that turns into learning and professional growth every day at 12:00 pm Central Time. The radio program is hosted by @williamtincup, @Thehrbuddy@TheOneCrystal & @MikeVanDervort.. The #1 HR show, with amazing HR conversations and follow us on the twitters at @drivethruhr and #dthr.
