Wow! Today's show promises to be interesting! I started my first diet at 14 years old (I was skinny!) That first diet proved to be a springboard that launched me into a 10 year battle with weight, body image and self-esteem issues tied to my physical appearance.
For over a decade, I taught principles of faith-based weight loss and wellness as I healed my own life very deeply in this area.
For many years I have been free from the bondage of weight, shame and emotional eating issues. I want to share my journey today, and hopefully help other women get free from this incredible struggle that shows up in so many of our lives.
Today on Women, Worth and Body Image we will discuss:
1. The inner-weight creates the outer weight.
2. How fear and shame show up in our bodies.
3. Grace-based weight loss.
4. High-esteem and HIGH scale numbers!
5. New identity vs. the world's beauty standards.
6. Ugly, pretty women.
7. Food addiction, diet addicts and the true distractions of food and weight.
I hope you enjoy today's show, if you are on the West Coast and you want FREEDOM to embrace your worth, join us for "Worthy LIVE West Coast Conference" by CLICKING HERE.
On Today's broadcast, we will discuss the difference between healthy love and unhealthy (toxic) love. This is one of my favorite subjects to discuss and on today's show I will be sharing my personal failures and victories in the area of boundaries, communication and sustaining healthy love. We will talk about breaking the ties and co-dependent habits that fuel toxicity in relationships.
1. What is Healthy Love?
2. What is the core difference between healthy love and unhealthy (toxic) relationships?
3. Is it YOU or THEM?
4. The dog, the fool and the toxic relationship lesson from Proverbs.
5. The need for clear boundaries.
6. Traps that lead you back to toxic people (false-guilt, manipulation, victim hood, savior mentality)
7. The true meaning of self-mastery and how it impacts our relationships.
I hope you enjoy today's show!
