Jeff Warner of FOX Sports 1470-AM LehighValley will bring perspective on the Eagles through the first weekend and speculate about possible causes and corrections as the team heads up the turnpike to take on the NY Jets. Dennis Koulatsos of WNST 1570-AM Baltimore will stop by with his analysis on the Ravens' 2 losses to open the year as well as ways to fix the running game for a win this weekend when the visiting Bengals pay a house call.

It’s hard to believe that we’re sitting here with just about 25% of the NFL season almost over. Nonetheless, it feels like there’s been a season’s worth of player injuries particularly toward QB’s. The Frat House Sports “Gang” are chatting about that; the newest developments in the “new St. Louis Rams stadium or they’re moving”; and, the latest on the possible movement of the Eagles-Redskins game – to 4 WEEKS FROM NOW!
Ryan Willis from San Diego and the Whatchu’ Talkin’ ‘Bout Willis Show joins the program to chat about the lackluster start of the San Diego Chargers; the possibility of The Bolts moving to L.A.; and a look at this week’s Chargers-Browns match-up.

A “relaxed” Frat House Saturday program is coming your way and IT IS packed with interviews – far from “relaxed” – and, just so much fun for a Fall afternoon.
We’ll kick if off with a chat we had on our Thursday night’s “flagship” Frat House Sport Show with a conversation we had with Dennis Koulatsos of WNST 1570-AM about the Baltimore Ravens
THEN a “relaxed” Frat House Mike gets into it LIVE with a bit of “Trash-Talking with Purdy” as they scream about the Michigan Wolverines being favored over the BYU Cougars. Eric Purdy is ALWAYS a MUST listen!
“Eagle Jeff” Warner of FOX Sports 1470-AM Lehigh Valley joined us Thursday night to chat about the Philadelphia Eagles and their mess going into their match-up against a tough New York Jets team.
Hey, does “fantasy football” bring out the worst in your family in the living room as it does here at Frat House Sports? WELL, it certainly DID right ON-THE-AIR on our Fantasy Friday program as Frat House Mike and Nik “Sweetness” Swartz engaged in an on-air bet. Who do you think won? IT’S GOLD!
THINGS have really ratcheted up now . . . but there’s plenty of time for your calls to 347 – 826 – 9964!
As we prepare for Fantasy Football Week 4, on tonight’s Frat House Sports’ Fantasy Friday, Frat House Mike, Nik “Sweetness” Swartz, and Caleb “On Sports” are armed with their rankings; they’re start & sits; and, the “sleepers-of-the-week.” All they need is you and your calls – questions – dilemmas. Be ready to call-in on a moment’s notice.
It’s now prime “Trading Season.” Are you looking to make a move? How do you determine good value? Is desperation playing into your decision? Injuries have got people jumpy and many are already dropping some of their Top-5 / Top-10 draft picks. Does this make sense with 10-11 weeks still remaining in the season.
Plus we’re continuing our conversation and in-depth dialogue about Draft Kings & Fan Duel: the massive amount of advertising; professional players taking abuse from fantasy players; NCAA regs against participation while ads appear during the broadcast of games; except in the “honorable” SEC where they have banned advertising.
As always too, the guys are doing the most important thing – taking YOUR CALLS! You need advice – you have questions – CALL-IN to 347 – 826 – 9964.
The injury bug is turning into a parasite.
One week after losing their quarterback for the season, the Boston College Eagles defeated the NIU Huskies, 17-14. Along the way, they lost their starting running back, another tight end, two other running backs. They improved to 3-1, but the survival attrition continued to take its toll.
With this in mind, we're going to take to the airwaves to talk about the Eagles and try to dissect last week's game. What went right? What went wrong? What can be fixed? What needs to be gameplanned against? All of that is on the table.
Dan and AJ will welcome two guests onto the broadcast this week - friend of the program and ACC insider Brittnee Taylor-Newman from Football.com joins them to discuss the game with the Blue Devils and the entire landscape of the league; and Joey Weaver from From The Rumble Seat dials in to talk about what to expect out of Duke. His Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, a preseason favorite to win the conference, are now unranked thanks to two straight defeats, the second of which came at the hands of David Cutcliffe's team last Saturday.
Be sure to give us a call at 646-200-0446 to talk about the attrition, the roster, the coaches, and the games!
It is hard to believe that we’ve already completed Week 3 of the NFL season. Difficult to reconcile some of these team records: 0 – 3 for the Baltimore Ravens, Detroit Lions, and New Orleans Saints. 3 – 0 for the Cincinnati Bengals, Carolina Panthers, and Atlanta Falcons. The Frat House Sports guys from The Red Zone Blitz – Frat House Mike & Brandon are reviewing all of that plus some of the bigger games of the week.
Falcons 38 – Cowboys 28 / Colts 35 – Titans 33 / Eagles 24 – Jets 17 / Bengals 28 – Ravens 24 / Vikings 31 – Chargers 14.
In some other news . . . early QB injuries are both a fantasy & reality nightmare – are RB’s falling short across the league? – and, is there an unbeaten team in the mix?
We’re staring at Week 4 being upon us. How’s your team doing? Get in on THE BEST NFL-talk action on the Internet right here and participate with YOUR CALLS at 347 – 826 – 9964!
With just six games remaining in the MLB regular season we should be talking about all of the possible playoff scenarios, but Frat House Mike, Nik Swartz, & Nick are talking about Jonathan Papelbon and Bryce Harper. Surprisingly many around the league are backing Papelbon. Is Bryce Harper that polarizing? Did Harper have it coming, and will Jonathan Papelbon ever pitch for another team again?
So far only the New York Mets have clinched their division. The Pittsburgh Pirates can still mathematically win the NL Central over the St. Louis Cardinals, but it’s not likely, right? And, it’s just a matter of time for the Los Angeles Dodgers. The Chicago Cubs have guaranteed a post-season appearance for the first time in seven seasons.
The AL continues to be the most compelling. The Kansas City Royals have clinched the AL Central and the Toronto Blue Jays are guaranteed the playoffs, but that’s all we know for sure!
Always controversial Bobby Valentine says PED’s are good for sports and eventually will be permitted. Seriously Bobby?
The Clean-Up Hitters of Frat House Sports are checking the Power Rankings; updating their Series Streak Challenge from last week and starting a new one for this weekend; and, taking your calls. You do NOT want to miss this show, OR the chance to call in and talk with the guys about your team, at: 347 – 826 – 9964. Head home to the 'house' from 7:00 – 8:30 pm ET!
Eventually, every parent (or anyone who has dealth with a child) has faced the question "Why"? As we grow, our need to know why often also grows. Today we'll be looking at the impact and empowerment that accepting that sometimes difficult circumstances do happen and that even in the face of those times, we can be in our own power and find balance.
I will be logging into the chat room aftr the show to answer questions, comments or concerns. You can also reach me via my website at www.the-healing-house.com.
