Tammy Lyons very well may be northeast Ohio's best ambassador (besides that LeBron guy). Tammy, a yoga instructor and owner of Inner Bliss Yoga studios in Cleveland, has a unique way of celebrating businesses in Cleveland. She's doing 365 days of handstands. That's right. Each day she does a handstand at a local business and promotes it via social media outlets. What's more, she co-founded Believe in CLE, a yoga movement taking shape in the heart of Cleveland. In partnership with Cleveland-area landmark venues, local yoga studios and like-minded organizations, Believe in CLE is a meaningful event anchored by a dynamic community yoga practice that includes music, dancing, education and food. Last summer, 1,400 yogis congregated on the plaza of the world-famous Rock and Roll Hall of Fame creating Cleveland’s largest outdoor yoga practice in its history.
For the next 60 minutes, "put fear aside and step into possibility" with Tammy Lyons. By the way, that's how she describes doing a handstand.

Join Ron Ash and Vanessa Hewko as they pay Tribute to Doris Day and her music. Dr. Joe Vitale will be joining Vanessa and Ron to share his newest book "At Zero". Learn more about "At Zero" by clicking here.
New stories and new processes that outline the fourth stage of awakening of ho'oponopono
Author Joe Vitale's previous book, Zero Limits, presented a unique self-help breakthrough focused on helping overworked, overstressed individuals overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. It was the first book to explain how a secret Hawaiian method called ho'oponopono can help people experience health, wealth, happiness, and more. It empowered thousands of readers to take control of everything in their lives in order to achieve all they’ve ever dreamed of. At Zero starts where Zero Limits left off. It offers new stories, explains new process, and reveals the fourth stage of awakening.
AreYouScreening.com and BFCA critic, Marc Eastman, and co-host extraordinaire Shane Leonard review Tammy, and give a preview of what's coming your way for the next few weeks.
Frankly, we don't expect great things from this one, but we're willing to remain open to the idea that it could surprise us.
We'll have some interview clips to share, answer listener questions, and let you know where you should be spending your ticket money as we continue into the heart of the summer.

Is it just me or is this a low key line-up for 4th of July weekend? Even still, we have plenty to talk about with Melissa McCarthy's latest, a team-up with Susan Sarandon in Tammy. Next up is Eric Bana in the horror department with Deliver Us From Evil. So that's adult comedy and horror, what will the kids do? THINK OF THE CHILDREN! Oh, that's right! We have them covered as well with Relativity's Earth to Echo. All this and any news fit to bring to the airwaves on this week's Punch Drunk Podcast.
