Our guest on this CHI FOR YOURSELF offers a new approach for stopping this cycle once and for all. The solution it provides has very little to do with food and everything to do with developing the essential skills that the majority of overeaters lack for coping with life’s ups and downs. It's my birthday! Yes, Thursday, February 19th I turn 58! WOW! And I don't feel a day over 28. No kidding. Since it's MY birthday, I decided it would be sweet to share it with other women by inviting some of my sisterfriends on to share how they celebrate themselves. One sister said I was challenging her; to which I responded "Good!" I can't wait!
Women do so much for so many people. We, however, very often forget about us, about nurturing, caring for, and celebrating ourselves because we've placed ourselves at the bottom of our to-do lists. Well, let's change that!
Even if you already celebrate yourself, expect to discover some fresh new ways to add to your repetoire.
I hope you'll join me, DeBora M. Ricks, and my guests on Thursday, February 19, 6:30pm on She Struts Radio as we celebrate US! Tell your family and women friends!
