Author Robert Doubek wrote Creating the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, detailing the contention and debate behind the creation of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. Since its dedication in 1982, the memorial has been one of the most visited monuments, honoring the fallen as a cultural icon. However, there was also a great deal of controversy at the time of its inception, with some dismissing it as "a nihilistic slab of stone." The designer, Maya Lin, was also criticized for her ethnicity, spurring a battle in Congress. Authors Robert Doubek and Susan Clotfelter Jimison of the, book DEAR MARK, a tribute to her hero brother who died in Vietnam and a frequent honored guest at the Vietnam Memorial, discuss the Wall and what is means to veterans and Americans in this exclusive LIVE interivew . An audience favorite, and it gets exciting at times whenever Lambert Davis calls in - from TO THE BAY AND BACK CHEESECAKES, and today may be no different. Hottest talk out is RACHEL DOLEZAL who said she was BLACK for years and worked in a prominent position in the NAACP, but her parents say she is white, not the Black Woman she claims she is.
Caitlyn Jenner is turning heads after she turned himself into a LOOKING WOMAN - on the cover of VANITY - and they are making attempts to get justice for TAMIR RICE, the 12 year old who was gunned down, playing with a toy gun on a public playground after an alert call. 347-205-9366 - R U Down?

I have travelled the world providing much needed health care to underserved populations and realized that in the midst of all of the abundance in my own country people were struggling to be healthy. As a practicing dentist for over 25 years, I know how hard it is to navigate our very fragmented health system. My passion to help others transform their lives inspired me to receive my health coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I am now approaching completion of certification from the Whole Health Institute.
My inspiration is my God Sister Vernez Kitrell. She embraced a nurturing, restorative and supportive approach to her achieving wellness in her life. After being diagnosed with cancer, she struggled to find the holistic care that she desired .Sadly; she lost her battle with cancer and passed away. The most important lesson I learned from my journey with her is to have balance in my life, live to the fullest and strive to live as healthy as possible. My journey with her inspired me to make the healthy living experience fun and empowering.
Seva Life was created to people embrace a healthier way of being without so many of the frustrations and expense often encountered. I have seen my dreams manifest themselves and owe it in part to embracing healthy living principles and striving to main balance and harmony mind body and spirit.
