Tonight's special guest is Jessica Solsona from California, a survivor and talk show host. Jessica started speaking out about what happen to her in 2012 because she was angry and tired of keeping it all in. "It is not easy to do," she says. "I knew I had to do something to stop feeling like I was. With Complex PTSD I began to be depressed all the time I was not happy with how I was. I knew I had something great to show the world! One day I had a conversation with a family member and this person had no idea what happen to me. His comment was to not victimize myself and that all parents make mistakes! I wish then I could tell this person everything. I could not!" Jessica goes on, "Well let me tell you! That moment changed my life! It blew me away and I had this strong urge to fight back! I was done protecting those who hurt me while I was the one who was ill due to not speaking out!" But speaking out wasn't easy, and even caused her some health problems. In her sickness she had to wonder about what she was dong. "I had to make sure if this was the right choice! I thought of what would happen if I did? Would my family get angry? Would I lose them? Would they come and harm me or my family?" But in the end Jessica understood, "The reality was I had no family! I was not protecting the right people! I was not doing myself any favors by keeping this secret, making myself upset everyday. Because all I did was have flashbacks and was thinking of why all the bad happen to me?" She made her decision. "I spoke out! I feel so proud for where I am today! I am no longer that little girl who never had a chance to be heard! I AM FREE!! My message to all of you is to speak out loud and clear! Don't give in!! I am so proud of where you stand today!

Tonight's special guest is Tracey Heisler, from New Jersey, executive director of the CASA program in Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren Counties. CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) recruits, screens, trains, and supervises community volunteers to act as advocates in court for children living in the foster care system, giving them a voice that might not otherwise be heard. Mrs. Heisler, herself the mother of 8 children, has degrees in Psychology with an emphasis in Juvenile Justice and Forensics. She came to this work as a result of her mother and uncle's experiences of growing up in the foster care system in upstate New York. It is her life's mission to improve the quality of life for these children while in care and to facilitate their transition to their "forever family," whether through reunification, adoption, or kinship legal guardianship, as quickly as possible. The role of CASA is to advocate for children in out-of-home placement. The CASA is appointed by the Family Court Judge. The volunteer must read all of the child's records and interview people in the child's life and then makes recommendations to the court. All volunteers must be screened, fingerprinted and must agree to a federal, state and local background check before being accepted into a CASA 30 hour training session. All volunteer must be over the age of 21 and be able to provide their own transportation.

Tonight's special guest is Zelda Hayes from Florida, survivor, author and Certified Life & Spiritual Coach. A survivor of rape and domestic violence, her ability to counsel others stems from overcoming her own experience. As Zelda says, "It is my desire to help you find the path of freedom regardless of your personal circumstance. From my experience I have learned that I am a co-creator and I have the power to determine what comes into my life. I want to share that lesson with you." Her new book, "Jezebels Last Dance; It's Every Woman's Story," tells the story of Zelda's life, a journey of tragedy to triumph where she learned to live again. Because we are all unique individuals her coaching style is unique to every client. Ms Hayes says, "My coaching style is not text book because life is not textbook. To set you up with a standard style would not be beneficial, I understand that every individual comes to me with a specific character. Therefore, my styles of coaching are based on the individual as well as the circumstance." Clients are also taught communication skills where they can be heard and can hear others. They are taught how to master body language and key words in order to align themselves in a position of power to master their own lives. "As an end result, the client will be able to live life and achieve their goals on their own terms and not the terms of society, Zelda continues, "I am not your everyday life coach."
