It is fascinating to watch a river as it flows in its direction. I've sat on the banks of the Delaware River a few times and enjoyed watching it flow with determination to pursue its course. It's as if the river has a life of its own. From my position, I could only imagine its source and where it ends. Rivers are fascinating to watch. Having peace like a river is to enter into a place of determined flow. The Bible speaks of a river that has its source at the throne of God. Join us at the throne daily, Mon.-Fri. for live prayer. This week's episode of Aquatic's Euphoria is a live show about the controversy surrounding the building dams on Brazil's Xingu River. Building these dams would quite possibly cause the extinction of certain species of fish such as the Xebra Plecostomus. I believe the preservation of these fish to be more important than the building of dams. I believe there are other ways of harnessing power for electricity than the building of dams that may cause these extinctions to occur.
Come join us Saturday the 6th of September as we ndiscuss this controversy in detail. call in live 1-347-677-1837 to ask the host or co-host questions or to participate in the discussion.

GUEST LEON FRANCIS - FORMER ST JOHNS ANTIGUA PLAYER WHO PLAYED WITH RICHIE RICHARDSON AND VIV RICHARDS.
Ben Manning was professionally coached as a child until a back accident meant he could not persue the game, however - he has commentated (as a collector and devotee of the game) with the BBC and for Somerset county cricket club's radio commentary - some of which can be found on youtube. The Murali Kartik incident in 2012 achieved 13,000 listens on youtube. His proudest moment was to be coached by Norman Cowans and the late Wilf Slack (England cricketers of the early eighties ) as a child, but as an adult his proudest moment was when he attended the memorial service of the late Christopher Martin Jenkins - "CMJ" - at St Pauls Cathedral in 2013.
Ben's Cricket Archive of Audio and readings of rare books will feature. Thousands of hours of footage unavailable elsewhere will feature.
Current affairs, stats and the great history of cricket.
