In this week’s iNurse Episode we are discussing: Quality of care guidelines, featuring Nurse Reezena Malaska. You may remember Reezena as one of our guest speakers from our iNurse episode:Reducing Nurse Fatigue. If you haven’t had the chance to tune in, you can find it on our website at: http://www.blogtalkradio.com/inurseradio
Nurse Reezena’s passion and enthusiasm for the field of healthcare has led her to become a Registered Nurse, achieve a Master’s of Science in Nursing, and became certified as a Critical Care Registered Nurse. In addition to practicing nursing, she also dedicates her time to teach and inspire Nurse Students as an adjunct professor at Notre Dame College and Cuyahoga Community College.
Today we will discuss Quality of Care Guidelines, which has become a popular discussion amongst medical professionals, and it is a topic that the American Nurses Association has addressed – hoping to improve patient safety by promoting quality in nursing care and nurses' work lives.
Bringing you the latest teachings in spiritual growth, mystical religions, Eastern Teachings, and the widsom teachings passed down from generation to generation by all of our ancestors. Diana Sarah Universal Circle remembers all of the nameless faceless people who worked to create the world that we have now. It remember women, poor men, people of color, Indigenous people, all the people who have been disempowered but whose gifts and talents have been stolen, changed, and used by the dominant culture to enhance life for their own. Welcome to The Circle.
Join Master Teacher David Hulse fo this week's edition of Science, Sound and Spirituality. He talks extensively about Earth Day.
Join Master Teacher David Hulse as he provides valuable insights on life. David is joined by Deborah Fitch and together they discuss why some people experience healing while others do not.
Some would say that Spirituality should be based in God. But, if we see the Creator in Creation, then would'nt a Nature based or Earth based Spirituality make sense? Scripture states, "He who says he loves God and hates his neighbor is a liar." Would it not also be true that "He who says he loves the Creator, yet destroys His Creation is likewise a liar?" Join us for a presentation and discussion on Earth Based Spirituality. Presentation starts at 11 PM, and I will start taking callers around 11:20 PM. Blessings!
The global business world is evolving at a break-neck pace, creating an environment in which outdated norms and practices are routinely challenged and set aside. One compelling benefit of this evolution has been the creation of more open and welcoming workplaces – in which people from all walks of life can be true to themselves while at work. At the same time, spirituality is one topic that all too often remains taboo while on the job. In this episode of their popular radio show, Daniel and Johnnie lead a frank, engaging discussion on why your spirituality can and should be a visible component of everything you do in life – including going to work.
Todays Topic: Remembering Our Mother
At The Circle, we work to promote the growth of human potential and the power of real spirituality to help make the world a better place. We speak of empowerment through the understanding of the truth. We don't give you a belief system that comes in a beautiful golden box, or one that can be afforded only by the wealthy, or by those with time to visit all of the new, Western Teachers all over the country. We offer you the truth...the truth about ourselves, the truth about others, the truth about the world in which we live. We give you the truth that sets us all free. A truth that you can afford by listening right here, at this station, in oder to learn to set yourself free.
Many religious people assume that they are on a path of spiritual growth simply because they attend services. But is spirituality more than just attending services? In this episode I will explore the simularities, differences, and the relationships between religion and spirituality. How can you tell if you are in a religious insitution which encourages spiritual growth, or one that works against it. Although there are differences between religion and spirituality, the two are not mutually exclusive. Incidental music by Sun Palace and Capital Sons. Today's Subject: The Beauty Within You
Teachings from all of the wisdom tradtions and various religions and philosophies from the East and the West, brought to you at your doorstep. We draw on the mystical tradtion, a tradition present in all religions and philosophies, that was often only revealed to the insiders after the religion became popular and had garnered power. As Warriors of Compassion we take you back to the universal, mystic core of all tradtions so that you may know the truth and the truth shall set you free.
Teachings from all of the wisdom tradtions and various religions and philosophies from the East and the West, brought to you at your doorstep. We draw on the mystical tradtion, a tradition present in all religions and philosophies, that was often only revealed to the insiders after the religion became popular and had garnered power. The Institutional religion is often different from the mystical religion, the one given by the founder and the teacher, because being alive and being a mystic doesn't serve any institution that demands blind obedience well. At the Circle we take you back to the universal, mystic core of all traditions so that you may know the truth and the truth shall set you free.
Here we will discuss specific examples of Spiritual growth along with disciplines through which Spiritual growth can be attained. In Spirituality (as in anything) discipline and openness to change are key factors to growth. How can we use these keys to our benefit? We must first be willing to listen to other people so as to hear the truth in what they have to say, then be prepared to listen deeply to Divine Spirit and sacrifice our previously held assumptions. The Truth will set us free, but first we must be willing to hear it! My guest will be Rev. Elizabeth Thornley. Join us at our new time of 7:00 PM (CST) on Wednesdays.
