Under WIOA, workforce boards are asked to focus on providing streamlined and efficient career center services. How can boards build a model of integrated service delivery that results not only in cost savings and elevated customer service? More importantly, how will changes in these areas contribute to improvement in outcomes and impacts? Moving to a truly integrated system requires a willingness to look at all aspects of board and staff operations to identify where improvements would result in stronger partnerships. As a service provider and operator of career centers nationwide, KRA Corporation has already examined current practices and identified areas where change is needed to take service delivery to the next level. Join host Ron Painter as he interviews KRA Vice President Don Scott, and KRA Director of Workforce Innovation Felicia Flournoy, for a conversation about how best to succeed at connecting the activities of service delivery to the strategic priorities of a workforce board. With examples of best practices from around the country, this is a can't-miss show in our Workforce Central Forum 2015 series.

Join host Vangie Rodenbeck as she interviews Dr. Stephen Grcevich on Mental Health & the Church. This show highlights ministry to children with special needs and seeks to resource, encourage, and empower those who minister to them.
Dr. Stephen Grcevich serves as Director of Strategic Initiatives and Medical Director of Key Ministry, a non-profit organization providing free training, consultation, resources, and support to help churches serve families of children with disabilities. He is a faculty member in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at two medical schools, leads a group practice in suburban Cleveland, and continues to be involved in research evaluating the safety and effectiveness of medications prescribed to children for ADHD, anxiety and depression. Dr. Grcevich is a past recipient of the Exemplary Psychiatrist Award from the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and was recently recognized by Sharecare as one of the top ten online influencers in children’s mental health.
Vangie began her journey in special needs advocacy when her son, Noah, was diagnosed with autism at age four; the same year she also began full-time ministry to children. Through efforts to create a place where her son could learn about God, special needs advocacy and ministry became one and the same. Vangie has a B.S. in Christian Ministry and an M.A. in Contemporary Theology. Her thesis project, “Disability and the Image of God,” continued her desire to meld theology, practical ministry, and disability advocacy. She also serves as Executive Director of PURE Ministries. Vangie lives and ministers in Meridian, Idaho.
We talk with Debbie Farson, Owner/Operator of HomeWise Referrals, a company that helps people find contractors to do home repairs and renovations. Given the high numbers of adults with disabilities living with parents, who also may be aging and needing home modifications, the need for contractors who can renovate homes for our population is critical. Learn how Ms. Farson helps meet this need. Also joining us will be Mark Friese, Vice President or Merrill Lynch Special Needs Planning Group to discuss the financial side of housing, and how to plan for good financial decisions for your loved ones with special needs.
Peace and Blessings

Strait up it's easy af to give up outchea fr nih. Still inasmuch all of this starts in the mind and it's all in matters of perspectives. Symbolically speaking, it's like an illustration of a circle (cypher) whereas there are multiple points along the circumference that leads to the center. Looking deep we can choose to raise and lower this center. Longstory short, what im saying is that everybody is different and embodied within their own truths.
