SPONSORED BT CARL TONE JONES--When people think of who the victims of domestic violence are, you think of the people whose faces are covered in bruises, hospitalized with injuries or dead. But domestic violence affects so many more. When people think of damages done by domestic violence, they think of fear, emotional damage to the victim, property, etc., but again, there is much more. The abstract, intangible damages are far more debillitating and damaging than physical scars or broken items, and because many of those things can't be seen or treated with standard prescriptions or categorized by a published case study, it goes untended and the underlying damage becomes a dangerous beast that affects more than the immediate parties of the incident. Hr1 Can we stop with the Confederate Flag already? Apparently not. This snowball just keeps growing!
Dr. Carol Swain says there's nothing to be gained by pretending that part of our past (slavery) never existed. The Confederate Flag is a red herring detracting from real issues that need to be addressed. And she talks about school choice (or lack thereof) and the union's role in stifling choice.
Hr2 Gone with Gone with the Wind! Really? Well, we can't have people knowing about slavery or history or anything like that, can we?
Is the Pope a tree-hugger? Jimmy Akin, Senior Apologist at Catholic Answers says the Pope's new encyclical denounces radical environmentalism. Balance is key.
Hr3 It was just a matter of time (basically seconds, in this case)... Louis Farrakhan already called for the American Flag to be brought down because it's a symbol of racism.
Boston Bomber calls on Allah after hearing death sentence. Too Late!
Jobs report update. It's not looking good. Rochester, NY is taking a big hit with manufacturing plant closure.
Professor says global warming won't hurt the earth.
Have you had your healthy dose of reality lately?
There are always at least two sides to every story. Have you ever wondered how someone, who saw the same thing you did, walked away telling a vastly different story? Which version was correct? Which one was the REAL story? Actually, both are! It’s just a matter of perspective.
Joe takes the issues… especially the controversial issues (politics, prejudice, religion, illegal immigration)… and brings in people from different sides to share their viewpoint. This is definitely not a fluff piece. And while no one is attacked, the questions are hard-hitting
My questionis is simple. Have we lost our way?
Why are there so many cruel humans in the world? Cruelty is shown from children , adults, leaders, etc. I thought that to be human you were bestowed with having the ability to be humane..
Is mankind, humanity a thing of the past?
Does that make the cold heart , mercilessness , hostile, callous being, "beast or animals"?
Today.....animals are more humane than humans.

Dave Ramsey is a, true, expert in helping people get their financial lives in order. In this show I am sharing a piece of a talk he gave in front of a LIVE audience about "7 Baby Steps."
Here's the process:
Baby Step 1
$1,000 to start an Emergency Fund
An emergency fund is for those unexpected events in life that you can’t plan for: the loss of a job, an unexpected pregnancy, a faulty car transmission, and the list goes on and on. It’s not a matter of if these events will happen; it’s simply a matter of when they will happen.
Baby Step 2
Pay off all debt using the Debt Snowball
List your debts, excluding the house, in order. The smallest balance should be your number one priority. Don’t worry about interest rates unless two debts have similar payoffs. If that’s the case, then list the higher interest rate debt first.
