Chunk Size, Matching and Values Direction? MetaPrograms part 2
In our last show, which was an overview of MetaPrograms, I got some feedback that listening to the last show was very similar to drinking out of a fire hose… sorry about that.
Today we are going to be drilling down a little bit into 3 of the sub-sections which I refer to as information direction.
The three sections are: Chunk size Matching and Mismatching And Value Direction
Everyone takes in information and everyone gives out information and have you noticed that they know EXACTLY they are talking about… whether you do or not.
It is this way that people talk how much information they need to understand and how much information that they give is what causes all communication to happen or more likely not to happen.

Caroline’s guest today is Karla McLaren author of a new book The Art of Empathy: A Complete Guide to Life’s Most Essential Skill. She is a social science researcher and educator. And her book covers new research on empathy, empathic approach to emotions and to being an empath, and hands-on support for developing (or calming down) your empathic and emotional skills — at home, at work, in your relationships, and in the healing work you do. Don’t miss this profound interview. Caroline will also take listener calls and do spot readings during the show.
“I’ve been a Caroline Sutherland fan ever since the first moment I met her in the ’90s. In fact, she fulfilled a dream of mine. At our first meeting, Caroline looked at me, clearly saw my deficiencies and nutritional needs, and on the spot designed a special plan for my particular body. I felt understood for the first time.” - Louise Hay, Author of You Can Heal Your Life
Coach Butts of Arizona basketball developed her thoughts on how to properly develop the skills to play elite basketball.
You can learn some things from youtube videos, video games, ant to some extent, complex non-basketball movements. All of which has its time and place, but you must develop the ability to dribble with speed, shoot the ball, and defend.

WOODY ALLEN, ANTZ & ED HOOKS - MATCHING PIXELS TO THE HEART! MEET ED HOOKS, INVENTOR OF ACTING FOR ANIMATORS!
My acting teach from San Francisco Ed Hooks got dragged in by another acting student to do acting teaching to animators back in 1996 for a “small” animated movie called ANTZ starring Woody Allen …
ANTZ was only the SECOND computer animated full-length movie made in the US! (Toy Story being the first. So he tried to teach introverted animators about acting via script work and performance, which totally bombed. Luckily Ed modified his efforts, learned about animation work in order to teach animators, especially when working in computer animation and the 24 frames per second “moment” ; and then he wrote a book about it. Back in 1996 NO ONE wanted to publish his new book ‘Acting for Animators’ because they didn’t think there was an audience. He was just ahead of his time. It didn’t get published until 2001.
Ed also has great insights to the VO production and casting handled for animation projects. Some tidbits are: VO Sessions for animation projects… Contacting animation companies – who are not accustomed to actors!
Ed Hooks is a theatre professional for 30 years, and has pioneered acting training specifically for animators. His books Acting for Animators and Acting in Animation: A Look at 12 Films have become standard texts at animation schools all over the world.
VO artist LoveThatRebecca aka Rebecca Michaels Haugh is your host on Love That VoiceOver bringing you a fresh perspective about personalities and projects within the art and artistry behind the microphone....

We are challenged to accept no substitutes for the Presence and Power of the Holy Spirit.
As you pursue the knowledge of the Lord, settle it for yourself that you will resist the temptation to minister out of your own temperament, skill, position or personal inheritance. Many ministers, for example, are such good speakers that they are able to convince their audience themselves rather than allow the opportunity for the Holy Spirit to convict them on His terms. Another example is in ministering in prophecy or words of wisdom. You may have noticed how general many prophetic words are. This doesn’t necessarily mean that the Lord is not speaking, but that there is a lot of interference, probably from the person delivering the word. We are all to discern the difference, and encourage one another to “hold out” for the actual flow of the Spirit through our spirit. Many also have a tendency to add their own emotion or power of persuasion—the force of their personality—to their ministry, and the recipient is left overwhelmed by the person to the point they may not be able to discern the truth. Likewise there is a tendency to attribute ministry responsibilities to second and third generations, that a ministry is somehow a birthright of a ministry family and can be passed down from generation to generation.
Take note that it is possible to duplicate some of the effects of the moving of the Spirit through our own efforts, especially since most people will go along with what is being said or done. But the true results of His moving—freedom, healing, assurance—can’t be faked. Either God moves or He doesn’t: If He’s not moving, don’t try to talk Him into it. Likewise, if He’s “rocking the boat,” don&
