He is the co-author of “Overcoming Trauma through Yoga”.
Trauma exposure is ubiquitous in our society. Over half the general population report having had exposure to at least one traumatic event over their lifetime, with 5% of men and 10.4% of women developing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
PTSD has a debilitating negative impact on the overall quality of life of the individual. Seventy-four percent of the individuals diagnosed with PTSD are symptomatic for more than six months and may experience symptoms for years.
Please join me today at 1 pm (CST) so we can talk about this exciting new technology.
Talk to you then,
Please forward this link to anyone who may be suffering PTSD this could be the solution they’ve been looking for

Are you feeling sensitive lately?
Or do you think you are what people call "a sensitive"?
Are your emotions out of control?
Do you find that things feel different to you than they did before?
Your not alone, this is happening acrosse the world and it's getting more and more intense. Empathic senses are higher than ever before. If you'd like to be clued in on what's actually happening, join me for todays show!
I will discuss how to become more intuitive and sensitive in all situations. You will know who to stay away from and be able to pick up on personal relationships intuitively. You will know when something is wrong or something is right. I will teach you how to also be a sensitive in your surroundings. This will protect you and your loved ones.
I will also take your psychic questions.

Love and Light,
Many people don't realize but they are gifted psychically. There are different ways that people are psychic/sensitive. I will discuss the different ways. This is not how to give a psychic reading this is the gift that you have. Many people in law enforcement who are doing forensics e.g. are using their intuitive gift to find someone missing.
Some people get dreams and that's how psychic messages come through.
I will also take your psychic questions.
Love and Light,
You can reach me for a detailed reading at http://www.kasamba.com/psychic/mia0899cs or by email at email@example.com. I can do a detailed reading for you privately by phone or by email. Whichever you prefer and by email it would be a flat rate.

Black Socrates and co-host Christy Gaynell open up the dialogue on race and racism. Is racism really a problem in America or are we so sensitive about the subject we create more problems. Does the media over emphasize race? These questions and many more explored this Saturday. At the top of the 2nd hour our "Money and Power 15" (11:00-11:15am EST) will feature a financial expert to discuss economic empowerment in the community.

How often have you been told "you are too sensitive"? Do crowds of people overwhelm you? Have you been talking with someone and in an intuitive hit realize they are not telling you the truth but you dismiss it thinking "no way, I cannot be right." You just may be Clairsentient. You have the gift of clear feeling. Trusting this talent is not always easy.
I will give you tools and tips to navigate this energy and understand this talent better. Being an empath fits this description also. Self Care and energetic protections are crucial for you.
Trauma and toxic stress are all too often a part of life for today's youth. You want to help but don't know exactly what to do or say.

There is always room to offend someone for one reason or another. African-Americans have plenty of reasons to take offense with many of the injustices occurring around the clock. But should we?
