Kai Mann spent her childhood in Fort Myers, Fl and currently resides in Detroit, Mi. She is the author of 2 novels called "30 Day Notice" and "Abandoned Property". Kai began writing at a young age & has always wanted to write a novel but knew that meant she would need to experience life before that could happen.Kai came to the conclusion in the latter part of 2008 that the Creator had given her a story 2 tell & in 2009 she started writing her 1st novel "30 Day Notice". Kai is an independent contract writer for Examiner.com. In her role as an Examiner, she purposefully writes articles to incite a deeper level of thought when it comes to friendship.
In 2011 Kai published "30 Day Notice" under her publishing company called "Scriblical Vibez Publishing, LLC". The name came out of a need to publish content that she believed would challenge others to think and create a vibrational change in the universe.
Kai is a proud member of the Motown Writers Network where she volunteers at conferences, workshops, and assists in publishing content on the network's site.

Kai met Mr. Holmes at The 43rd Annual Legislative Conference of the Congressional Black Caucus this year and invited him on the show he graciously accepted. Kai van Bodhi is a licensed acupuncturist and the founder of Nourishing Life, a healing platform dedicated to placing the most effective and powerful wellness techniques in the hands of everyday people. He is a joyful, passionate teacher who brings years of practical experience and powerful techniques together.
After doing healing work with at-risk youth most of his early life, Kai traveled to Asia, where he spent the last decade studying healing and movement arts with various teachers. Since returning from Asia, Kai has seen the exponential value of re-uniting the foundational self-practice of Qigong with energy healing, body work and Eastern Nutrition to form a complete health care system. In addition to practicing and teaching Reiki and NLP, he facilitates seminars for Supreme Science Qigong Foundation nationally. Kai received his Masters Degree in Oriental Medicine from Five Branches University in Santa Cruz, where he continues to live and practice acupuncture and tonic herbalism.
In 2009, Kai began to develop his dream of setting up Southern Cloud Retreat Center, a Taoist education and outreach center at the base of sacred Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in Yunnan Province, China. The Center hosts experiential retreats with a focus on Qigong, Taoist Sciences and Food Healing; and provides participants with a rare and powerful opportunity to connect, live, serve and learn from the local community. A portion of the Center’s profits is dedicated to preserving and promoting indigenous wisdom in under served communities locally and internationally. Southern Cloud Retreat Centre is still under development but is already hosting small and large retreat groups annually.
Greg Greenlee is the Founder of the Blacks In Technology organization. A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Greg has over 12+ years of technology experience as a Systems and Network Engineer. Minority Tech: Journaling Through Blackness & Technology is the new book from technology translator Anjuan Simmons. Anjuan is a technologist with a successful track record of delivering technology solutions from the user interface to the database. He is currently a software project manager at a leading construction software manufacturer, and he has worked as an executive for Accenture, Deloitte, and Infosys.
Anjuan speaks at several business and technology conferences throughout the year adn is a sought after thought leader in social media, design, diversity, and leadership. He has been interviewed for media outlets such as NPR, USA Today, Black Enterprise, Essence, and The Huffington Post. Anjuan has an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Texas A&M University.
