Help Insomnia In 20 Minutes a Day With a Dip In the Family Hot Tub

There are countless reasons why insomnia hits, but few strategies really work to bring the deep, well-rested sleep we need and deserve. Here’s how to help with insomnia in just twenty minutes a day with a dip in the family hot tub.

Soak 30-60 Minutes Prior to Going to Bed
Heat from the hot tub elevates body temperature naturally, getting out causes a sharp decline. This decrease in internal body temperature alerts the brain that it’s time to sleep.

    All Natural Stress Relief
Falling asleep is never easy with tension and anxiety present. Heat and soothing massage relax tense muscles on contact, making it easier than ever to slow the mind & drift off effortlessly.

Usher In a Peaceful, Pain Free Sleep
For people living with chronic pain, bedtime can be frustrating. A dip in the hot tub is a fast acting, proven remedy to banish pain for restful sleep.

Our guest on Metalsmith Benchalk on Thursday, April 23rd, 2015 at 3:00 PM PST is San Fancisco jewerly artist, Sarah Graham.

Please join us for this live interview and participate by logging onto the chatroom or by sending a message to Whaley Studio's via Facebook Instgram or Twitter.

    About Sarah:

By incorporating innovative materials with her exceptional design sense, Sarah Graham creates jewelry that is unlike anything else; organic, textural, with a muted palate that is subtly feminine, yet substantial; unique, yet universal in its appeal. The natural inspiration behind the jewelry – whether cast directly from Jacaranda Pods and decayed wood or rendered in wax from a microscopic view of single cell marine organisms – gives her designs a texture and feel that makes them infinitely wearable. But it is the matte black finish of oxidized cobalt chrome juxtaposed with 18k yellow, rose and white gold, set with colored diamonds, that is its’ most eye-catching element.

Sarah’s statement making jewelry is exciting and elegant with a constant stream of new designs flowing from her studio every year. This, along with Sarah’s unique combination of business and retail experience, traveling, a rigorous apprenticeship and her dedication to providing amazing customer service to her clients, ensure many more years of success for Sarah Graham Metalsmithing.

Sarah is currently vice president of the American Jewelry Design Council. She currently resides in San Francisco , CA  and works with a staff of seven at her Dog Patch neighborhood studio.

Conversations with Trent - "Holding on to Baggage may Cost You More"

    in Relationships

We should always be mindful of the items we choose to carry around as we travel through our seasons.

Ladies, sometimes you can be so confused and messed up from a past toxic relationship. You will find yourself looking at the new guy and seeing the old guy within him.

Carrying that baggage over into another man’s territory is a huge mistake. Before entering another relationship make sure the mind is unclogged from the damage and pain the other man caused. That way you won’t take up good space with toxic waste.

Join us Friday at 8pm (CST) / 9pm (EST) as we discuss  "Holding on to Baggage may Cost You More"

2015 NBA Finals Preview & Story Lines

    in Sports

Even though the NBA conference finals aren't technically over, we will go ahead and preview the 2015 NBA Finals expected matchup between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden State Warriors.  There are many story lines surrounding this expected series including the matchup of the people's MVP in Steph Curry vs the villain everyone loves to root against in Lebron James.  We will even examine the uncelebrated cities that will be hosting these games in Cleveland and Oakland and help you understand why each city needs this championship desperately plus much, much more.  The new segment called Diehard Corona Crew will discuss how to raise the profile of CONCACAF soccer worldwide.  We will have the Diehard Lakers Central and Diehard Dodgers Corner segments with our special panel discussing Kobe Bryant and his apparent impending retirement along with the Dodgers' massive struggles against the San Francisco Giants at AT&T Park so far this season.   We will also react to Ray Rice being reinstated into the NFL and why that may be more problematic for the former all-pro running back than he initially realizes.  This is must-hear radio at its best and ready to blow YOU away!!!
