In southern Dallas, Texas, Sunny Giovanni, or "Gio" as she likes to be called, was born on the fifth day of June in 1989. Born to a mother who was a teacher and a graduate from Texas A&M University, you couldn't so much as watch a Disney movie if you hadn't read the book before hand. Gio has had a very strong history with literature, diversifying from poetry (winning placements in oratorical contests), to thriller short stories as a way to vent her frustrations.Sunny Giovanni is an advocate for gay and trans rights, and says: "You can't help who you are, and you damn sure can't help who you love. You should be true to who are, rather than to conform and live the ultimate lie, and live miserable until the day you die." Credited from the poem she penned "Titanium", modeled after her novel.
Gio is a mother of three children, the founder of Lucid Legends Publishing/ Photography, Kno Joke Entertainment, the host of "We Talk TOO Much Radio" on BlogTalk Radio, and blogs on Tumblr under the name "KnoJokeGio". She is a friend to many and prides herself on making a smile out of an extremely horrible day. "It doesn't matter if you're having a bad day... a smile could make everything else seem so small. Crack a joke when someone is hurt and see how fast they cheer up. Even at a random moment. If it makes no sense, see how fast they forget about everything else and wonder what's wrong with you, but end up smiling in the process. It works every time."

From the Author
What I enjoy most as a writer is the joy that others receive from reading my novels.
I had to learn the business of becoming a writer from the ground up. I have gone through some scrapes and bruises but found that if you keep God first you can accomplish anything you set your mind to. The words “No” or “Can't” have never been an option for me.
I first discovered my passion for writing at the early age of 13. I would sit alone and write for hours about my thoughts, dreams and the people around me. I wrote in my private journal every day. After many years had passed I decided to take my journals and put my thoughts in book form.
As a self-published author, I actually didn't start putting my work together for a novel until my children were in there last few years of high school, so it was very easy to find time to capture my thoughts. My children were very supportive in my goal of becoming a writer.

Tonight is this night that we get down and dirty with an erotic title, 'Don't Tell Daddy.' Jai Amor will be sharing her journey as an author as well as an exclusive excerpt reading from her novel, Don't Tell Daddy.
Jai Amor is a young novelist, blogger, and columnist from Detroit, Michigan who knows a thing or two about love. She has helped those around her navigate through healthy relationships through her advice and sense of empathy.
She is a romantic at heart who doesn't write perfect love, but rather writes real love. Her lovers won't always like each other and be happy every second of every minute, but they will always realize what they have. Their road to love will never be easy.
Her female characters are always strong; maybe not starting out, but they do get there. She believes in the brand of feminism that treats both genders equally and that every woman has her own form of strength.
There are different types of men in the world and she believes more than a few have their genuine good intentions.
Romance doesn't have to be mushy, perfect, nor ideal to others' standards. That is her brand of romantic literature.
Jai is an attentive listener and is surrounded by relationships, couples, and love on a daily basis. Half-romantic and half-realist, she sees love and relationships in a different way than a lot of her peers and adds her own unique spin on the subject.
Jai’s greatest joy in life is watching and being a part of healthy, happy, and fulfilling romantic and platonic relationships alike.

On tonight's episode Yara will be talking to Chuninchi, author of A Gangsta's Girl!
Since the release of her 2004 debut novel A Gangster’s Girl, bestselling author Chunichi has gone on to pen several additional bestselling novels. With more than a half of a million books in print, Chunichi’s talent as a writer, combined with her consistent and successful track record speaks for itself. In addition to her hard work and relentless drive, Chunichi’s rise to the top of the literary world can easily be attributed to the fact that she has lived through the same fast lifestyle of sex, money, drugs, cars, and designer clothes, that she writes about in her books. The former quiet southern girl from Alabama had her life transformed when she moved to Virginia Beach in her teens. Dubbed the Urban Diva of literature because of her striking beauty, Chunichi’s stunning looks and Scorpio sex appeal was evident since her teenage years. She instantly became a magnet for attracting ballers who elevated her social status while introducing her to an intoxicating high-end lifestyle. That lifestyle transformed the sexy seductress into a gun toting Bonnie who was trained to fire for her Clyde. Chunichi’s fast pace lifestyle soon began to mimic that of a vixen as she spent countless nights in some of the top clubs in the country as well as countless days being the spoiled female darling of several top pro athletes and entertainers. Consequently as Chunichi matured, she decided to make a change in the way she was living. Never forgetting her past but making sure to leave the fast life behind, Chunichi went on to pursue and attain her bachelor’s degree in nursing, while simultaneously putting her real life experiences on paper.
