Christmas at the Diner is a musical celebration of the holidays. Musicians from far and wide have joined together to bring you some of their holiday originals and traditional favorites. Mary E., and Diane return to their night time slot and welcome, Balanced Babe Sarah Baker joins the Ladies of the Diner to talk about the upcoming Be Healthful Retreat to be held September 14th in Chicago Illinois. Sarah's background in wellness will is sure to inspire us all to be our best selves.
Sarah is a Chicago based international model, actress, creator of the fashion and lifestyle blog City Gurl Secrets, avid yoga and pilates enthusiast, and holistic health advocate.She is currently working towards her certification in health and wellness coaching and a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition to have a thriving practice as an RD, Health Coach, Holistic Nutritionist and Image Consultant.

Tonight, Mary E. welcomes Coach Andrew Eubank, Assistant Boy's Varsity basketball coach. We will get the full run down on Sectional action taking place this week. We will also do a full run down of all the happening action going on in the City this week.
Andrew Eubank: This is Coach Eubank's 10th year as a high school basketball assistant coach. He has coached at Logansport HS (his alma mater) for three years, West Lafayette HS for one year, Frontier HS for two years and one year at Penn HS. He teaches Health, Physical Education and Credit Recovery "e-learning" at Michigan City High School.

Also today: Mel Novak is an American award winning character actor who is best known for villainous roles in Black Belt Jones,Bruce Lees Game of Death and Chuck Norris An Eye for An Eye. Novak made his film debut in 1974, appearing in Truck Turner and Black Belt Jones, the former starring Isaac Hayes, the latter Jim Kelly. Subsequent parts in The Ultimate Warrior (1975) starring Yul Brynner, Cat in the Cage (1978), starring Sybil Danning, and others followed. One of his more high-profile parts from the 70's was as the hitman Stick in Game of Death (1978), directed by Robert Clouse.

Jiggley Jones won the hearts of ArtSees Diner Radio a spell back and now he is back with his new single, "Walk On Me." When asking Jiggley "how do you classify your genre of music?" Do not be surprised to get an answer such as; "I sing Jiggley-esque!" Some people you just cannot box in, and categorize. Jiggley is exactly that type of singer/songwriter.
However you want to look at this picture, whether it’s Americana, Wide Open Country, or acoustic whatever, this artist represents life, hope, and human nature as only a seasoned person can see it. His Top 5 Roots Music Report debut EP, (#3, Americana/Roots Country, #3 True Country) No Spring Chicken included the singles “Baby Blue” and “Ain’t That Alright,” and the accompanying videos, which received more than 300,000 combined Youtube views. Now, Jones is returning with his first album on Lamon Records Nashville. A Mountain, A Struggle, A Tunnel, A Light was produced by Grammy nominee, Dave Moody. First single and video, “Walk On Me” were released in April 2014.

Mary E., welcomes Michigan City, Indiana's Footlight Theater's Leading Man, Jeremiah Souza to ArtSees Diner, for this up-close and personal interview about their upcoming, Indiana premiere of "Consider the Oyster." Directed by John Avila Dds, produced by Eric Helmken.
“Consider the Oyster” is showing Feb. 6-8 and 12-15. Tickets are $12, on Thursdays $10.
Curtain is at 7:30 p.m. Thursdays through Saturdays and 2 p.m. Sundays. Doors open 45 minutes prior to curtain.
