Has CEMEX SAB de CV (CEMEX ADR) enaged in REVERSE DISCRIMINATION? It appears that CEMEX has a double standard policy, which allows for minorities with criminal convictions to gain, maintain and retain employment at its US operations while other groups are denied employment. According to CEMEX's own company policy, they have a zero tolerance for drugs and alcohols, yet members of their management team have criminal convictions. As African Americans move for equality, the issue must be address with fairness. The issue of reverse discrimination and double standards in hiring practices has been submitted to President Karl H. Watson, Frank Craddock of Operations and Mike Egan, General Counsel, but to no avail.

With the racial tension being what it is today, it has me thinking about racism, and whether or not reverse racism exist. I often hear caucasians use this term when describing "angry/outspoken blacks. Conversely, I've heard blacks say that it's impossible for blacks to be racist? How do you define a racist?

The team discovers Turtle is dead, and Jay suspects Dr. Wells is responsible. Meanwhile, Cisco asks Harrison for help in controlling his vibing abilities. Harrison determines they are connected to Cisco's fear response, and he triggers a vibe which alerts the team that Eobard Thawne is back. Wells surmises that this version of Eobard is from a point in the future before he went back in time to kill Barry's mother, and was thus protected from being erased with Eddie's sacrifice. Retrofitting goggles to induce Cisco's vibes, the team learns that Eobard is planning to use tachyons to return to his future. Barry arrives and destroys Eobard's tachyon machine. After a race around the city, Barry stops Eobard and imprisons him at the particle accelerator. However, his capture causes a rupture in the timeline that threatens to kill Cisco, so Barry is forced to send Eobard back to the future to save his friend. Meanwhile, Patty discovers Barry is the Flash, but when he refuses to acknowledge it, she chooses to leave the city. Caitlin tries to find a cure for Jay's illness.
