The Long Conversation RESEDULED! It had to happen sometime... I made the scheduling shift to the show at Toronto airport in the baggage carousel hall. Looks like it didnt save. It was bound to happen sooner or later. By the time I went through Toronto and down to Niagra Falls the "silent" show was half over. Such is life on the road! I am rescheduling the show for tomorrow 6pm-8pm EST in the US and 9am-11am EST in Australia. Apologies to the regulars. The rescheduled show has Julien Wells, an update from KP (hopefully) and a follow up to Juliens new data with Anoka Shiva regarding upcoming sessions with the pleadian collective.
Thanks for being part of the Long Conversation! Chris Hales
PROGRAM NOTE: we have a slight audio delay upfront but the program recorded in it's entirety. Nonetheless, we're rescheduling another chat with Dr. Sidorov shortly.
On the Thursday, October 16th 2013 broadcast my special guest is Harrisburg, PA based Jaan Sidorov, MD, MHSA of Sidorov Health Solutions. Jaan is a physician active in social media and the publisher of the popular 'Disease Care Management Blog".
More about Dr. Sidorov, he:
'...has the web persona of a blogvocateur with a wide range of knowledge about the medical home, disease management, population-based health care and managed care that is only exceeded by his modesty. He has been quoted by the Wall Street Journal, Consumer Reports and NPR’s All Things Considered. He has over 20 years experience in primary care, disease management and population based care coordination. He is a primary care general internist and former Medical Director at Geisinger Health Plan. He's a widely sought after speaker too.'
For more information on Jaan see about the author.
We last spoke with Jaan in 2011 and intend to update his view and observations on the status of health reform implementation and the ACO or accountable care market in particular.

This Tuesday will be an abbreviated edition of "The Mind Beneath the School". I will briefly go over this week's events and the up and coming guests that will appear on my show in October and November. I am truly blessed to have a line up such as this and some rescheduling had to be done because these guests are ongoing community activists. Stay tuned.
Daddy babysitting and Chronically Mommy out on the town with her best friend from H.S. Concert, dinner, beer and wine too!!! Rescheduling this show because my vocal cords are inflamed again! I have no voice. Still no voice! I began being hoarse on Sunday, but now nothing. My son told me that some mommies have babies in their bellies, but his mommy has a horse in her throat. Yep. That's it in a nutshell! Kids are so literal. That isvwhy it isimportant to explain your illnessesvin terms they can understand so there are no misunderstandings. Lol!
Rescheduling vs Un-Scheduling cannabis I state that rescheduling cannabis is counter productive I see in history and in present day prohibiton battles, that full legalization can and does happen WITHOUT using the medical argument. I call rescheduling "Putting prohibition in a brand new dress". Oregon rescheduled cannabis in 2010, and 7 months later that saw their first dispensary raids EVER. I also speak about the 150 patents that big pharma have on cannabis, and how they are attem
