Are you in love...real, deep, meaningful love? Or, do you make the love or the relatioship you have work the best you can?
Is your work amazing and fulfilling or do you make the best of the 8 to ten hours you put in?
Are you growig? Are you evolving or are you a spectator and critique of others as the try and succeed and or fail?
Dr. Penn will explore this dynamic in this podcast

You may have heard that; To Forgive Is Divine, But What Really Is Forgiveness???
The Concept of Forgiveness is crucial to Christianity. Without it there would be no such religion. Growing in grace enables a person to forgive someone who has harmed him or her regardless of the offence.
One of the difficulty that we have with forgiving and forgiveness is that when we forgive someone we are not only expected to release the offender of the offense, but also to restore the personal relatioship that existed prior to the offense, in other words, we must forgive and forget. Today we will learn how to forgive even that person who has hurt you.
Topic: To Forgive Is Devine
Presenter: Pastor Larry Milliken

Today we'll take a look at some of the issues we have addressed in 2015 on marriage and even the dissolution of marriage. A new class on courtship and marriage emerged this year, and we hope that those who are looking for that special someone will take advantage of the opportunity to learn some sound strategies from our relatioship experts Brother Mark Shahid and Sister Munirah Habeel. We've had an interesting time doing role playing, and maybe you saw yourself in some of our scenarios. Which programs did you personally find helpful in giving you insight and advice on your own personal situation? What topics would you like to see addressed in 2016?

Charlotte View welcomes Ruthi Cohen Joyner with her show Freedom At Your Fingertips. Today's Episode: the 7 Keys to Lasting Weight Loss
For releasing emotional weight and healing your relationship with food and your body, EFT is helpful to releasing limiting beliefs about your weight and your body (I’m not lovable at this weight or I’m too old to change now, etc…) and turn your beliefs into possibility thinking (I can learn to be attuned to my body, I choose to be compassionate with myself on this journey, etc…). This is just one of many ways how EFT helps in your journey to a lasting and loving relatioship with your body, soul and mind.
Today Ruthi inspires, encourages and empowers clients to step into their own passion and dreams. Her clients are loving the experience of releasing their old emotional weight while finding self-love, happiness and their own voices, falling in love with themselves and their lives, maybe for the first time ever.
So what is weight loss about? Ruthi will share 7 Keys that she believes have to happen for true, permanent weight loss to occur.

Dr George King described friendship as a flower that needs to be watered by two or more people in order to survive. I think this is a brilliant metaphor. Perhaps that flower could live for a little while being watered by only one person but in the long run it will just wither and die. Rather than waiting for the other person to start watering the flower before you do, why not take the initiative and start the watering first. You might just trigger them into watering it as well
