Register to vote and voting. Ways a person becomes a United States citizen (USC)
Four ways to be a USC: Birth in the US, Birth abroad, Derivative citizenship, and Naturalization.
Naturalization may draw the most complication/litigation. Generally, be a lawful permanent resident for five years; tree year and other exceptions. Be a person good moral character. Potential waivers: fee waiver, medical waiver, 20/50 rule, and 15/55 rule.
To vote in the federal elections, a person has to be a USC and has to be age 18.
Some states require you to register before Election Day, so that you can vote on Election Day.
Other states, like Minnesota, allow you to register on Election Day and also vote on Election Day.
I believe that some litigants are trying to eliminate this same day registration and voting on Election Day in Minnesota.
Registering to vote and voting is a free process. Registering to vote and voting is a constitutional right that each United States citizen has.
The #15Amendment gave African American men the right to vote.
The #19Amendment gave women the right to vote.
A violation of either amendment could also trigger violation of the #FifthAmendment and #FourteenthAmendment .

The community often hears a lot of rhetoric about Gun Violence and Control....but FACAA hears very little on this topic as it concerns the victims that comprise the working class and the poor. The topic of VOTING is a hot topic as FACAA hears candidates say, "the poor don't vote". This means that the poor may not matter to the electorate. Could the poor and working class be contributors to this political position? We want to cover the question of the Millenials who are feeling left out of the American dream. This category of citizens are burdened with Student Loans and cannot find a job that pays decent wages to cover their debts or live the dream that society planted in their hopes and personal quests for success. and the world is at war...the world! So what about the domestic economy? So many cutbacks, inflation, rising costs of living ....less pay....!!! LET'S TALK AMERICA!

"Mass islamity ~ Stop the Insanity.”
In the election season, we hear a lot from the political candidates about their social and economic views. We also hear about their religious beliefs. Based on the Constitution, religious affiliations has no place in politics. But, we all know that politicians use their beliefs as a strategy while campaigning. Republican Candidate Ben Carson, came out a few weeks ago, and said that he'll never vote for a Muslim President. Does your religion play a part in who you vote for? Do you believe that the two should be separate, and are separate?
