Raven is a 19 year old senior student at Clemson University and will graduate this December. For highschool she attended Greenville Technical Charter Highschool and was a freshman at the age of 12. During Ravens freshman she published her first book when she was 12. The next year when she was 13 she published her second book and just recently published her third book the past month. Raven Magwood took her first college class at the age of 13 and graduated with a year and a half worth of college credits. She entered college in her sophomore second semester at the age of 16. Raven Magwood, also was the only girl on the GTCHS track team to win state for the long jump. While in middleschool, Raven, went to nationals to compete in gymnastics and won.
Raven Magwood is a perfect role model for many highschool students and talks of the three D’s required for success. The first D is dedication meaning putting everything into something. The second D, determination, means never giving up because you want it so bad. The last D is discipline and it means keeping yourself on the right track. Raven uses all the three D’s to succeed in her college life and business life.

When she was 12, she published her first book and her second when she was 13 years old! Raven just recently published her third book the past month and that book is going to be made into a movie. Magwood was the only girl on the GTCHS track team to win state for the long jump. Raven Magwood took her first college class at the age of 13 and graduated with a year and a half of college credits at the age of 16. She went into college as a sophomore at the age of 16 her second semester. Another thing about raven is that she went to the junior Olympics and won first in her category.
Raven Magwood is an outstanding person and a wonderful model for high school students and anybody in the world. She talks to thousands of students all over the world and leave them with great stuff to think about. For example, we learned the three D’s. The first D is dedication, which means to put putting your all into something. The second D is determination meaning never give up on anything you want in life. The final D is discipline meaning keeping you on the right track. Those three D’s are really inspiring and I will never forget them. Therefore, Raven Magwood is a perfect model and she worked hard to achieve what she wants in life.

When asked about all of her success, Raven humbly replies: When you’re dedicated to something you love, determined to work hard, and disciplined to plan how you’ll get there, then you can achieve success.
