Healthy Mind & Body radio presents… Defusing the Anger Bomb
Everyone get angry. Some deal with anger, disappointment, fear, rage, etc better than others…BUT EVERYONE FEELS EMOTIONS.
The point of today’s show is to talk about some OTHER BETTER WAYS to MOVE THROUGH THESE EMOTIONS without escalating or internalizing these experiences. Internalization of emotions is, in my opinion, the NUMBER #1 reason for catastrophic illness, dis-ease and early death.
So if you know someone who is frequently angry or you, yourself have had difficulty in letting things go; perhaps you might consider LISTENING TO THE SHOW.

We all experience anger in our lives at one time or another...some to a more or lesser degree than others. It's the anger that persists that becomes a "dark" emotion. Nobody wants to talk about this kind of anger, because the situation which brought about this anger usually has shame attached to it. When we do talk about it, emotions are unleashed...emotions which have been controlling our minds and our outlook on our lives. If you have been using your anger to create a wall to help you feel safe, to feel in control and strong, to give you energy, to avoid revealing who you are, or to punish others and make them feel guilty, you'll want to join host Judi Moreo, certified hypnotherapist and author of You Are More Than Enough, as she addresses the issue of anger and whether or not there is a "best way" to deal with it.
