Dick will guide you through a short meditation to explore your clarity of intent.

The Purpose of Being Alive and Living in the Moment

    in Spirituality

We never know when something unexpected will happen in our lives.  It is amazing how trauma and unexpected things can change our outlook in an instant. Often it is toward negative feelings and grief.  However, if we take all of those emotions and process them as they come, we often can see something good that happened to us in the process.  If we take all of that good and combine it over the year, we may find that even if the past year has not seemed very good, there still may be more good than we we able to see. We then can use all of those experiences to plan the upcoming year.  That is the experience host Cindy Freeman will share with Purpose Talk Radio listeners live (or archived afterward) on Monday, Jan. 5, noon PT/3 p.m. ET/8 p.m. UK.  You are welcome to join us on the air to share your experiences from this past year also.

For more of our guest's background, visit Purpose Talk Radio.

Each Monday at 12 noon PST/3 pm EST/8 pm UK, our host, Cindy Freeman, and her guests bring insights and ideas to help you grow in your Soul path. Cindy's guests are from a variety of professionn, are experts on living their life with a purpose and are willing to share with listeners how they got there and how others might benefit from their experience. Join Cindy on Mondays live or archived to explore this area. Check out more information at Purpose Talk Radio and join the conversations on Facebook at Purpose Talk Radio Conversations.

The Inspiration for The Soul's Intent

    in Spirituality

On this Memorial Day weekend, I thought it worthvhile for listeners to hear the interview that brought Nancy Herold and I together for the first time. She helps reveal my inspiration for this show!  Though it is a pre-recored episode, listeners will learn why The Soul’s Intent has been my best selling book. It is largely because the reader has a front row seat to the inner journey or the road less traveled. Many say: "Ernie's book has helped me to live a more meaningful and spiritually integrated life." If we all have the capacity to 'witness' our lives objectively then why are we so hard on ourselves? We all have our own personal above observer. A vantage point that, by its very nature, requires presence. In fact, accessing this 'observer' means we can stop focusiing on the past and no longer have to fear the future. Tune in as Nancy gains answers to these and many other questions about the bridge between our spiritual and emotional self. The Soul’s Intent (the book) is popular with spiritual seekers because it provides a transformative way of knowing the inner self. It is my hope that my radio show is an extension of this 'knowing' each week.

    WOMEN OF PURPOSE

    in Women

GUEST INTERVIEW WITH PASTOR FELICIA OSBORNE, EVANGELIST SHARON BELL

We women need to discover our purpose in life for two reasons. First, fulfilling our purpose gives glory to God. Second, it releases us from the captivity of hopelessness and despair.

“You can never become a great man or woman until you have overcome anxiety, worry, and fear. It is impossible for an anxious person, a worried one, or a fearful one to perceive truth; all things are distorted and thrown out of their proper relations by such mental states, and those who are in them cannot read the thoughts of God.” ~ Wallace D. Wattles
