The next episode of FLY Conversation is with Ronice M B, a self-proclaimed EMPIRESS! She is a wife, mother of 4, mentor, life and development coach, works a 9-5 job and an entrepreneur. This native of Newark, NJ believes there's joy in every journey! 40+ and fabulous, Ronice has every reason to play the victim role or have disdain for love and relationships. But she has not allowed her wounds to transform her into someone she was not destined to be. The Ronice MB Show is her platform to share her journey, bridge the communication gap between the sexes, and help women become the heroine in their lives and not the victim.
In addition to being the host of the Ronice MB show, is the CEO of RMB Consultant Group, owner of Mona Lott Cocktail Parties and founder of Black Boys Count. She also assumed her seat as one of the honorary "Mayors" of Newark!
