Learn the simple and natural way of living life the way YOU want through Self Hypnosis.
In 1983 I first came across Self Hypnosis. This was my first glimpse into the vast power of the mind and one of the many tools that can unlock its potential. I began searching for more information about self hypnosis, the mind, and ways of accessing the amazing resources within us. What I have found is nothing short of awesome (I use the word in its correct context: inspiring, creating an overwhelming sense of reverence or admiration, inducing awe, etc., not the surfer context: totally gnarly, super cool, wholly bodacious and so on.) This was the beginning of great things. I used self hypnosis to memorize ventriloquism scripts; I used it for creating extra energy bursts in gym class. I used it to enhance my performance as a guitarist. I have been studying and refining the techniques for over thirty years and it has changed my life. Let me show you what I’ve found.

Dr. Siegel, who prefers to be called Bernie, not Dr. Siegel, was born in Brooklyn, NY. He attended Colgate University and Cornell University Medical College. He holds membership in two scholastic honor societies, Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Omega Alpha and graduated with honors. His surgical training took place at Yale New Haven Hospital, West Haven Veteran’s Hospital and the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. He retired from practice as an assistant clinical professor of surgery at Yale of general and pediatric surgery in 1989 to speak to patients and their caregivers.
In 1978 he originated Exceptional Cancer Patients, a specific form of individual and group therapy utilizing patients’ drawings, dreams, images and feelings. ECaP is based on “carefrontation,” a safe, loving therapeutic confrontation, which facilitates personal lifestyle changes, personal empowerment and healing of the individual’s life. The physical, spiritual and psychological benefits which followed led to his desire to make everyone aware of his or her healing potential. He realized exceptional behavior is what we are all capable of.
Bernie, and his wife and coworker Bobbie, live in a suburb of New Haven, Connecticut. They have five children and eight grandchildren. Bernie and Bobbie have co-authored their children, books and articles. Their home with its many children, pets and interests resembled a cross between a family art gallery, museum, zoo and automobile repair shop. It still resembles these things, although the children are trying to improve its appearance in order to avoid embarrassment.
He is the author of many best selling books including the inspirational best seller, "Love, Medicine and Miracles.
In this episode you will discover the unlimited potential that is within you. The Bible said that, "the gift of a man will make a room for him"---Proverbs 18:16. Whatever the devil has used as a hindrance or blocade to obstruct your hidden potential from being effective will be nullified in Jesus name, amen.
Come! and be prepared for your miracle, because your life, and destiny will see a new wave of success. You will begin to count your blessing daily for the Bible said in Psalms 68:19 "Blessed be the Lord who daily loadeth us with His benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah,"

Tampa, FL – At any point in our life, we may be faced with transition, but with respect to the financial and emotional hardships a person must endure, nothing quite compares to divorce. With the divorce rate having reached 50 percent, more and more women are facing this enormously challenging, life-altering event.
Monica Kosiorek is a Certified Professional Coach, Energy Leadership Master Practitioner and the founder of Unlock Your Potential, which specializes in helping women navigate through all of life’s many transitions, including divorce. Monica’s unique program “Divorce: Now What?” is aimed at women between the age of 40-60 to help them answer the frightening question of what comes next and empower them to move forward.
“Divorce was just one of my many transitions,” says Monica. “It’s a comfort to the client that I’ve gone through some of the things they may be facing. When people see that I was able to come out even better on the other side, it can offer them a great deal of encouragement.”
Monica recently published her first book: Leave Your Coulda-Shoulda-Woulda Behind: Ten Building Blocks to Help You Get Started. According to Monica, the philosophy of coaching is that the client has the answers. The primary role of the coach is simply to ask questions that help bring out what is in the heart of the client.
“Typically what people are looking for is someone to hold them accountable, somebody you know who’s out there that cares,” says Monica. “I don’t consider this work. I have a sense of concern for this person and I look forward to speaking to them and seeing their progress. It’s wonderful when they can move on. It’s a testament to what a coach can do.”

Empowering Human Potential with Spirituality
What do we know of the potential of a human being? What about the potential of God? Or Supreme Power? Or whatever name that you want to give irrespective of your religious affiliation?
We must come to know ourselves - not only our physical selves, but our spiritual selves.
Parents who expect more from their children usually condition them to expect more from themselves. The belief in self is something which holds tremendous impact and can have great bearing on a child's future.
We should develop physically and spiritually. We should relate to the physical world with our physical self, but at the same time, our spiritual self should be growing in awareness of the spirit world. Yet we oftentimes become so caught up in dealing only with the physical world, we lose sight that our ultimate destination is the spirit world.
Did you know that every day in the United States of America, an average of 7,500 youth are incarcerated in adult correctional facilities? Also, about 65% of residential juvenile facilities offer educational services, varying in educational programming, to youth in custody? I will interview my colleague, Hilderbrand Pelzer III, award-winning educator, speaker, and author of "Unlocking Potential: Organizing a School Inside a Prison", who will share his perspective on how parents and educators can work together to unlock the potential of incarcerated youth.
