Dave Kane: Ormus And The Science Behind Monatomic Elements

    in Science

On the January 28, 2015 edition of "Nature Of Reality Radio" I welcome Dave Kane to talk about ormus elements which are atoms in an orbitally rearranged, monatomic state. Ormus appears to be a fifth state of matter–solid, liquid, gas, plasma, and ormus. To date, at least forty-four elements, from hydrogen to potassium to gold, have been observed in the ormic state.

Ormic elements are monatomic, not part of chemical compounds. They have unusual properties. There is considerable evidence that ancient societies utilized elements in their ormic state. These materials have been called by various names at different times, but their properties are recognizable from their descriptions. The ormic state contains “high spin,” “Cooper paired” electrons.

Five percent of the dry weight of the human brain and nervous system are composed of ormic elements (and perhaps five percent of everything else as well). Ormic elements are essential to the structure and function of all living things.

    Episode 97: Yes...it's...Shortstop Avenue Audio

    in Baseball

In the "“The Podcast is also cursed. That’s bad, but it comes with your choice of shortstops. That’s good! The shortstops contain potassium benzoate. Uh… That’s bad” edition, after a series of calamities befell our hosts (including a dead cell phone during the Rule 5 draft), Greg and Jeffrey finally get around to recording a podcast. There isn't much more to talk about than there was last week, but there is the John Mayberry, jr signing, a Rule 5 draft recap, and the final Shortstop Avenue Audio of 2014 to cover. There is also a terrible cocktail of the week and a whole bunch of your e-mails. See you in 2015! (unless the Mets do something big in 2014, so see you in 2015)

Mind Health Matters with Dr. Bernie Siegel

Theme: The Power of the Placebo

The intuitive wisdom and ability of authors to see the truth about life

Excerpt from Dr. Bernie’s Book: Peace, Love & Healing: Bodymind Communication & The Path To Self-Healing An Exploration:

"That's the most interesting thing of all.  The balance depends on the man's frame of mind! Understand? Which means that if he's cheerful and firm in spirit, there will be more sodium in the barrier; and no sickness, none whatever, will bring him to his death. But as soon as he loses heart, the potassium gains the upper hand and he might as well order himself a coffin...."

"The physiology of optimism. The idea is sound. Quite sound. . ."

"So I wouldn't be surprised . . . if they discovered some sort of cesium salt in about a hundred years, one that spread out in the organism if there was a clear conscience and didn't if there wasn't. And it will depend on that cesium salt whether the cells of the tumor will grow or whether the tumor will clear up."

Seasoned Rural Organizer Jessica Barrett shares her Experience, Strength, & Hope

    in Politics Progressive

(JUST A DISCLAIMER to let you know we loose conncection at about 33 mins or so. We will have Part 2 ASAP to close)

Jessica Barrett shares her struggles organizing the powerful red county. The only red county south of the famous I-4 cooridor. She began a Young Dems of America Chapter in Polk, and a lil history folks so you can get your head wrapped around the courage this lady has. Big Ben HIll Griiffin, who built the "Gator Swampbowl" for the UF. He owns cattle, potassium farms, you name it. Well he has a Grandaughter named, Katherine Harris, (who grew up in Bartow Polk County) you may recall the name for she was the Sec of State of Fl who called the race for Bush against AL Gore in 2000. COincidence, we think not....

Jessica and I left a Purple county, just ready to claim it's voting rights, although voter suppresion and collusion to committ fraud was seen on 2010. Very powerful people control outcomes, but in the midterm 2010 we almost won a congressional race due to our high volunteerism and indeed Polk County was the ONLY County called out the night before the elction fro the exceptional work the county did. It was the people, and Jessica started the way. I can't wait to do this interview! Hope you will join us for encouragment on mid-terms and take away suggestions that worked for us In Florida 2010!

Leaving the Pounds Behind without GUILT!

    in Lifestyle

In health circles there has been much recent talk about acid /alkaline imbalance. Let's see if we can clarify how experts recommend we correct this imbalance.

    The problem:

Your body functions best when neither too acid nor too alkaline. Unfortunately almost all of us have become acidic due to diet, drinks and stress -- both psychological and from pollution. Acids can build up in our body, causing systems to be out of balance.

    The effects:

According to Dr. Stefan Kuprowsky, "Acid wastes build up in the body in the form of cholesterol, gallstones, kidney stones, arterial plaque, urates, phosphates and sulfates. These acidic waste products are the direct cause of premature aging and the onset of chronic disease."

When this occurs, the body will restore its optimal pH by depleting certain minerals, such as potassium, calcium and magnesium, from organs and bones. In addition, your immune system may become fatigued from dealing with an excess of acid. Your body then stores acidic wastes in 'hiding places' such as muscles etc. rather than releasing the acids into the bloodstream.

Host Curtis Harwell and Sarah Kingston Discuss Food and How To Have Great Sex

    in Fitness

Foods that will provide the essential fuel to spark your sexual appetite and increase libido.

    1- Celery

While celery may not be the first food that comes to mind when you're thinking sex, it can be a fantastic source food for sexual stimulation. This is because it contains androsterone, an odorless hormone released through male perspiration and turns women on.

How to enjoy this libido food: Celery is best eaten raw. Wash and cut some, and munch away.

    2 - Raw oysters

This is one of the classic aphrodisiacs. Oysters are high in zinc, which raises sperm and testosterone production. Oysters also contain dopamine, a hormone known to increase libido. Also, the experience of shucking a raw oyster is erotic. Try incorporating it into your foreplay — feed her and have her feed you. The slippery taste sensation and the mere act of sucking should get you both in the mood.

How to enjoy this libido food: Scrub the shells thoroughly to get any dirt or bacteria off. Pry them open with an oyster knife and place them on a bed of ice, squeeze some fresh lemon onto them if you like, and then start sucking away.

    3 - Bananas

Bananas contain the bromelain enzyme, which is believed to increase libido and reverse impotence in men. Additionally, they are good sources of potassium and B vitamins like riboflavin, which increase the body's overall energy levels.

How to enjoy this libido food: Place them on a dish in various states of "undress" and have your lady slowly eat some for you. Then gobble yours down and get to work.

Host Curtis Harwell and Chef Sarah Kingston and The Foodie Show and Recipes

    in Fitness

    Start your day off right

The next time you rush out the door in the morning without something to eat, consider this: Skipping breakfast can set you up for overeating later in the day. A healthy a.m. meal, on the other hand, can give you energy, satisfy your appetite, and set the stage for smart decisions all day long.

"You want to aim for a breakfast that combines good carbs and fiber with some protein," says Erica Giovinazzo, MS, RD, a nutritionist at Clay Health Club and Spa, in New York City. Luckily, your options are plenty. Here's a look at some of our favorite breakfast foods, along with expert tips for making them even healthier.

    Oatmeal

You may have noticed a heart-shaped seal on your box of oatmeal recently. The seal's there because oats contain beta-glucan, a type of fiber that's been shown to help lower cholesterol when eaten regularly. Need another reason to dig in? Oats are also rich in omega-3 fatty acids, folate, and potassium.

Steel-cut oats, which take about 15 minutes to cook, contain more fiber than rolled oats or instant varieties, but any type of oatmeal is a healthy choice. Just avoid the flavored kinds, which can be packed with sugar. Instead, sweeten your bowl with milk and a bit of honey, and top with fruit and nuts.

    Barbarity in Oklahoma

    in Politics

The Oklahoma Department of Corrections botched the execution of convicted killer Clayton Lockett Tuesday night, claiming the execution didn't go as planned because of a blown vein.

It was determined he was sedated approximately seven minutes into the execution," DOC Director Robert Patton said. "At that time we began pushing the second and third drugs in the protocol. There was some concern at that time that the drugs were not having the effect, so the doctor observed the line and determined that the line had blown."The second drug in the protocol was vecuronium bromide, which is a paralytic used to stop Lockett's breathing. The third drug in the protocol was potassium chloride, which was used to stop Lockett's heart.Witnesses described a disturbing chain of events that followed. They said Lockett was not unconscious until 6:33, but at 6:36 they said Lockett became conscious again and was mumbling, his muscles tightened, his mouth opened and he was twitching. At 6:37 witnesses say Lockett said "something is wrong." Lockett continued mumbling and moving, even lifting his head and shoulders until 6:39, when DOC officials closed the blinds to keep witnesses from seeing any more.Using newspaper accounts and a database of all American executions, my collaborators and I recently completed the first comprehensive study of botched executions in the United States and documented the ways that different methods of execution go wrong. We examined every execution from 1890 to 2010 and found that no technology has been able to ensure that capital punishment would not, on occasion, become either a gruesome spectacle of suffering or a messy display of incompetence
