"We Attempt To Be A True Thrift Store, Serving The Communities of Summerville, Ladson, Goose Creek, Hanahan, Moncks Corner & North Charleston, With Real Thrift Store Prices!"
When Robin and I opened our doors on April 3rd, 2012, we had three goals in mind:
Provide a wide selection of decorative and unique items for our customers.
Provide the most affordable, thrift store prices in the community.
Have a large, clean store that was laid out properly, where customers could see and easily find everything, (the wide aisles makes the store wheel chair friendly).
Our store is built on the traditional thrift store business model, including WiFi Internet access, high-definition TV viewing, and easy-listening music. We consider our store a new kind of thrift store. We don't sell clothes, toys or baby items.
We are a For-Profit Thrift Store, 90% of the items in our store were bought at auction, the remaining 10% is split between buying from our customer base and other sources.

Today ATP is Live from the Port Authority in NYC
The Port Authority Bus Terminal is the main gateway for interstate buses into Manhattan in New York City. It is owned and operated by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Colloquially called the Port Authority, the bus terminal is located in Midtown at 625 8th Ave between 40th Street and 42nd Street, one block east of the Lincoln Tunnel and one block west of Times Square.
The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey conceives, builds, operates and maintains infrastructure critical to the New York/New Jersey region's trade and transportation network. These facilities include America's busiest airport system, marine terminals and ports, the PATH rail transit system, six tunnels and bridges between New York and New Jersey, the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan, and the World Trade Center.
For more than eight decades, the Port Authority has worked to improve the quality of life for the more than 17 million people who live and work in New York and New Jersey - a region that supports 8.6 million jobs with an estimated gross regional product of more than $929 billion.

The Subconscious: Your Port In The Storm
Life is a constant process of growth: evaluating what you’ve done, noting your mistakes, making the necessary adjustments, reevaluating, and starting all over again. Throughout this cycle, the “person” that can help you out the most is within you—your subconscious. Author Felicia Drury Kliment discusses her views of the undiscovered aspects of the subconscious, considering why its judgment is wiser than that of the conscious mind and under what circumstances the subconscious is most likely to transmit its advice.
