Show: Southern California Political Round-Up

Special Guest: Representatives from the California Teachers Association GOP Caucus. Plus Nevada & Texas to discuss the myths of Common core implementation.
We have another reason to stop listening to both political parties – and most media outlets. If you don’t stop drinking this information swill, it will kill us – as a nation in the not so distant future.
In case you missed it. Here it is. The CBO – Congressional Budget Office -- came out with its latest report on our projected deficits and the future of our economy. And it is not good.
It says entitlement programs – Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid – will expand so much over the next decades where – get this – the national debt – just the debt -- will consume 100-percent of total revenues by 20-25.
That means no investment in infrastructure, education, and scientific research. Forget about funding the military or national security.
However, both political parties – our so-called leaders -- ignored this.
Instead, the GOP said Obamacare would cut 2-million jobs – a twisting of the facts presented by the CBO. The Democrats are right when they say Republicans are wrong. But Democrats – who fail to look at the big picture – look at that political victory like they finally got a first down in a football game and they think they won the Super Bowl.
