Today GJ Reynolds, and Neil Haley will interview 1994 “Athlete of the Year” Alexandra Allred & Actress Vida Ghaffari!

Alexandra Allred made the U.S. Women's Bobsled team in 1994. It was the first recognized team by the United States Olympic Committee but it would be a long haul before women would be allowed to participate in the Olympics. In 1994, Allred was named "Athlete of the Year" by the United States Olympic Committee, was profiled in Sports Illustrated and in the newspaper of more than a dozen foreign languages. Allred was also four and a half months pregnant at the time.
Shape, Fit, Fitness for Her, Sports Illustrated for Her, Muscle & Fitness, Ms. Fitness and multiple parenting magazines all carried the story, interviewing Allred on varying topics of morning sickness and childcare to sprint training and plyometrics. While training, Allred was clocked at running 21 MPH and squatting 350 pounds.

What is EM Body Sculpting? EM Body Sculpting consists of building of muscles and burning of fat through cardio, calisthenics, plyometrics, and minimal weight resistance training. When you are EM Body Sculpting, you are not only going to look better, but you will feel better because you will improve all three of your energy systems.
The three energy systems are, Aerobic, Anaerobic, and Oxidative. By combining all three energy systems, you are able to revive your youth and feel your best.
Proper exercises is only a part of the equation. It is is absolutely necessary to include a proper nutritional program with your workout routine. I personally recommend Herbalife Nutrition and use it on a daily basis. By combining a combination of proper nutrition and workout routine, you will be successful in achieving your health goals.
I truly believe and support this system. Below are a couple of before and after pictures of me while I put myself through the program. I was able to reduce my body fat from 13% down to 9%.
