Join us as we discuss the impact of living in an increasingly egalitarian society. How does the change in the view of roles for males and females impact what has traditionally be considered masculine and feminine? Are the changes arbitrary or completely necessary, especially in heterosexual relationships, which are most impacted by these changes? Is society better off with these changes? Or does our society require clear boundaries for male and female expectation? Call in and add your thoughts to what promises to be a riveting discussion.
It is very uncommon to have a show like this without people losing their minds. For some reason, it's so difficult, especially for certain ethnic groups, to discuss roles in a relationship. It always turns into a "what he isn't doing" or "what she isn't doing."
Well, tonight, we'll try it again and will see if we can come to any logical conclusions to the topic. Does a man belong outside cleaning the yard? Does a woman belong inside cleaning the house? Should a man be firm? Should a woman be soft?
This won't end well.

With the evolution of societal norms, and traditions, I'm very interested in knowing how everyone feels about this new phenomenon of women proposing to men(in heterosexual relationships) for marriage? This is becoming more and more popular, and there have even been some heated discussions amongst feminist about them being offended by it. Moreover, what about men changing their last names upon being married. What is the significance of all of it? Why are these gender roles in place? Would you be open to any of these modern changes, if not, please explain. What do these traditional ways mean to you?
