  • Hashimoto's Thyroiditis: Find Your Root Cause with Izabella Wentz

    in Health

If you have Hashimoto's but haven't gone into remission (it's possbile!), then I recommend you tune into this show.  If you have a thyroid disorder, but haven't been checked for anti-thyroid antibodies, tune in as well.

If you have unexplained fatigue or an inability to lose weight, then listen in to learn if your thyroid may be involved.  Lastly, if you'd like to avoid autoimmune diseases in your future, come and learn more about how these diseases progress, so you can make the best choices now.

Izabella Wentz was a young woman, newly married and professionally trained as a pharmacist, when she found out she had Hashimoto's Thyroiditits, an autoimmune condition in which the body's immune system is mistakenly attacking the thyroid gland.

She began a passionate exploration on the origins of this disease, and began to journal her findings and self-experiments.  Her efforts got her into remission, and also produced her in-depth book, Hashimoto's Thyroiditis:  Lifestyle Interventions for Finding and Treating the Root Cause.  Her book was a 2014 New York Times Bestseller in the health category.

What she discovered was that her disease process had begun many years earlier, with symptoms like frequent colds and an irritable gut.  She also discovered the way to unwind her symptoms and ultimately halt the progression of the disease.  Check out Izabella's website here.

Evolution FEST: Moving from what you do to who you really are.

    in Lifestyle

Al Diaz and co-host Cathi Ketterling share their insights Evolution Fest: How I met ME. Moving from what you do to who you really are.

    Tuesday, April 28th  10am PST

Cathi Ketterling has been a pharmacist for nearly 20 years. About 10 years ago she felt as though there had to be a better way to help people heal themselves in a more natural way. She began studying everything she could about how to live a healthy, natural lifestyle and how our environment contributes to our overall health. Don't let her mainstream medical degree fool you. Cathi has been studying the natural healing arts since she was in high school and has great knowledge of both main stream medicine and the natural approach of herbs, supplements, diet, meditation, exercise, deep tissue cleansing, etc.

Cathi has been helping clients for the past 4 years create amazing, fun, and healthy lifestyles so they feel fantastic, look younger, become healthier, and even start to reverse disease.

Health turned from her hobby into passion as Cathi realized that living a healthy lifestyle can be flexible, fun, fulfilling, and can help create that for you as well
