The Transcendent Mind The Missing Peace in Emotional Wellbeing with Sunita Pattani
Does contemporary psychotherapy really work in healing the various types of emotional damage that many experience throughout their lives? Or is it only putting a small band-age on a much bigger problem? Author Sunita Pattani writes in her new book, The Transcendent Mind: The Missing Peace in Emotional Wellbeing, that without under-standing the connection between mind, body and spirit, we can never be wholly healed. The integration of the spiritual with the science of traditional psychology can lead to a deeper and transcendent understanding of our existence and purpose, allowing us to live fuller and more meaningful lives.
The Transcendent Mind takes the reader through the four elements of the Transcendent Healing Process, which includes the role of nutritional healing, and how healing our body can accelerate the process of healing our minds. She also discusses in length the phenomena of both near-death experiences and out-of-body experiences and why they contribute to the understanding of the nature of our own reality.
For those in the Washington DC area you have a great opportunity to see Sunita in person.
On the Thursday, the 30th of April she will be conducting The Missing Peace in Emotional Wellbeing Workshop at Alchemists Books and Gifts in Richmond VA and on
Saturday the 2nd of May she will be speaking about The Transcendent Mind - Emotional Healing: The Complete picture at The Sacred Circle Bookstore in Alexandria VA.

Why is it, that in today’s world two of the first things to fall off our busy calendars are the periods we invest into our own development and the quality time that our employees need from us to grow? Have we come to a place where companies must mandate that we take vacation, invest in our personal growth and meet with our employees to discuss their personal and professional aspirations?
Are you trying to be a better you? Do you struggle to understand yourself and who you are? Does personal development really work? Can you change your life? Can you release chaos and drama and live in peace? Can you improve yourself and be the person you wish to be?
The answer is yes.
Our lives are full of good times, and not so good times. Being able to tap into a state of grace by knowing who you are at a soul level creates resilience to work through the not so good times.
Being able to appreciate and express gratitude for the good times will energetically attract more!
Understanding yourself at a soul level is the key.
