The Connection Between Health, Productivity and Performance

    in Business

On this morning's program, the hosts will be discussing the connection between health, productivity and performance in the workplace and what executives really think about employee health with two special guests from HERO, a national leader in the creation of employee health management.

According to a new survey from HERO, more than 90 percent of surveyed business leaders said health has a very significant or significant influence on productivity and performance. HERO conducted the survey to understand business leaders’ perspectives about the connection between workforce health, productivity and performance. More than 500 business leaders from across the country, representing a variety of industries and company sizes completed the online survey between May and July 2014. The HERO business leader survey evaluated not only how business leaders differentiate between commonly used terms, such as productivity and performance, but to what degree they feel employee health influences corporate priorities like employee morale and engagement and overall corporate performance.

At 11:30 a.m. (ET), the hosts will welcome Jessica Grossmeier, vice president of research, HERO, and Nikki Hudsmith, vice president of operations, Performance pH, to the show for an in-depth look into all of the findings of this new study.

Interop Radio: End Users Look at Network Performance

    in Technology

It's easy to take a deep dive into the tech end of the network performance pool, but what does it all really mean for the end users? Ping times, collisions, congestion, jitter, latency: Do any of them make a difference when someone is waiting for their accounting application to respond?

Our guests on today's episode know what matters in network performance -- and why. Panagiotis Vouzis and Panickos Neophytou of NetBeez have developed tools that monitor network performance from the end-user perspective and give network admins insight on which aspects of the network matter to the people behind the keyboards. NetBeez is part of this year's InteropNet. We'll talk with Panagiotis and Panickos about which components of network performance matter the most and why an end-user perspective can be a critical tool in network management.

Join us for a great episode on network performance: Your network users will thank you for investing the time!

Mitchell, a compelling national recording artist, is one of those rapidly expanding artist who has done just that!  What a supersized talent the Lord has given to the industry!  His gifts and talents continue to revolutionize the gospel music.  Moreover, he has provided inevitable proof of his great talents and an even greater future especially on his current project “Dream Chasers”which features the incredible single “Breaking The Limits.” Mitchell is a native of St. Francisville, Louisiana (a town situated near Baton Rouge, Louisiana).  He was born with a keen melodic intrinsic distinctive steeped in the fertile roots of the church.  During the course ofhis developmental years he wrote poetry, yet, he did not seriouslycontemplate converting his poetry to music.  Alternatively, during hisearly twenties he decidedly converted his poetry to music.  God’s favor rested upon him in phenomenal measure during this season of his life. That was then! One will readily note, Mitchell’s vast reservoir of musical uniquenesscreates a compelling personalized harmonic blend. This influentialnational gospel artist and sensational musical virtuoso demonstrates these incredible qualities on his current authentic masterpiece “Dream Chasers.” He encountered the eerie and real world experiences in the tough terrain of the urban jungle in the state of Louisiana.
