Tonight on It's Real Talk Radio, the Panel will be discussing Marijuana and if it should legal to smoke. Ever since we can remember, US Citizens have been thriving to have a bill passed making it legal to possess and smoke Marijuana (not just for medical reasons but in general). As we all know, about half of the states in the US have made it legal to smoke Marijuana for medical purposes only. Of course that means you need to make the list of illnesses that would grant you that privilege along with your doctor's approval.
As of now, without a medical slip, Marijuana is illegal to smoke or even possess in all states. The question we're asking each other all of our listeners tonight is "Should Marijuana be legal to smoke in general meaning you can sit in your back yard smoking a blunt and not have to blow your high worrying about if the police are coming.
This will definitely make for an interesting show, so make sure you tune in (especially you Marijuana smokers). To catch the live show by phone dial 347-838-9540 and dial 1 if you have a question or comment for the hosts; otherwise, continue to hold and listen to the live broadcast.
Initiatives don’t always work out for the best as patients in Lake Co. California have discovered. Daniel McLean of the Emerald Unity Coalition will discuss the upshot of an initiative introduced by Lake Co. government that was passed by the voters and bans all outdoor cultivation in residential neighborhoods. An alternative initiative sponsored by patients will be on the November ballot that will change things substantially.
Cannabis has had a long history of religious use and our 2nd guest is Michael Myers, director of an organization dedicated to preserving this ancient religious use. The religious use of marijuana, ancient or not, has had a very problematic history, but Michael will elucidate the four steps which he has put into practice and he believes provides first amendment protection.
Tonight our very special guest is Patricia Crisp.
Pat is a classical naturopath and specializes in healing. Her use of natural remedies is designed to support the body's innate wisdom and natural tendencies toward renewal and replenishment to achieve optimal health. Pat explains our health reflects our unique life history, including our beliefs, habits and emotional style. That the path to wellness is as personal as the circumstances that contribute to our lives.
Pat focuses on identifying the root causes of her client’s symptoms and then tailors a specific protocol to enable her clients to work with their body's own innate self-healing intelligence, ultimately leading to wellness.
During our talk she spent considerable time explaining how candida, which is found to be increasingly more pervasive within society, is a major contributor toward myriad of health issues across the population.
Host Cyrus Webb welcomes author Patricia Skalka to Conversations LIVE to discuss her literary journey and the new book DEATH STALKS DOOR COUNTY.

KB and the REVOLUTIONARY RYDERS fire up the knowledge and get high off the revolution. Its time for our country to take a close look at legalizing marijuana. The unjust drug laws and the fake ass war on drugs has had a detremental effect on Black America. Why is weed illegal and alcohol isnt when it kills more people daily? How much tax revenue can be generated from the regulated sale of marijuana? What are the benefits of medicinal marijuana? Is marijuana the biggest gateway drug? Is weed worse than perscription pills?

My high school years were good, I really came into my own as person and artist. In 93' I got together with two homies and formed a ill crew, S.O.N.N (Souljahs Of Newport News) and really hard on the whole battle rap game. Slowed down in a few things and grew as a person. I really started getting into the lessons of the 5 Percent Nation. The music truly was the soundtrack of our lives back then. If you grew up during that time and remember how crazy things were or just like 90's hip Hop I hope you'll in this weeks old school mix.
We knew from polling data that a majority of Americans, 54 percent, favored legalizing the use of marijuana. Now that we’ve begun publishing an editorial series arguing for an end to marijuana prohibition, we know that a majority of Times readers appear to favor legalization, too, and in far greater numbers than the population at large.
We asked readers on the main editorial if they were for legalization, against it or unsure. Forty-one said they were unsure, 206 against and 4043 for. (That’s as of 12:30 p.m. on Monday.) Obviously the comments section doesn’t amount to a scientific poll, but the lopsided reaction indicates that, among Times readers, there’s a virtual consensus: The federal ban on marijuana makes no sense.
Legal marijuana for sale in Washington:
Washington became the second state Tuesday to allow people to buy marijuana legally in the U.S. without a doctor’s note. People bought pot at 8 a.m. at Bellingham’s Top Shelf Cannabis.
