“Leadership is not about titles, positions or flowcharts. It is about one life influencing another.” - John Maxwell
CEO - Title.
Wealth - Power
Popularity - Influence.
Each exists independently, and may also co-exist simultaneously. A title can convey power, but the person with the title may not have or exert power. Wealth can bring popularity, but not only is it not guaranteed, but it may be of the wrong kind. A popular person may not have title or wealth, but they could sway their popularity to gain both.
When leaders and entrepreneurs wake up each day and begin their activities, their focus may be unconcsiouly impacting or pursuing one or all of these attributes, but I propose pursuing influence may be the best use of their time and energy. In this show I will build the case for Influence.
Listen to Dr. Sharon Johnson John Maxwell Certified Coach and Speaker in this session on the Law of Influence. The true measure of leadership is Influence, Nothing more, Nothing less.

"...to narrowly define Hip-Hop as an oppositional or an art that inherently resist racism or oppression is an oversimplification. The art not only resist the overarching themes of racial discrimination inherent in America popular culture, but it also affirms the racial status quo while simultaneously offering alternative perspectives. Fundamentally, Hip-Hop is a varied, complex art form with plenty of room for expression along various ideological lines..." Jeffery O.G.
