This Week's Message: A Negative Mindset is one where an individual continually thinks about what they don’t have and focusing all their energy on lack, sickness, sadness and everything bad. When you do this you will bring more negativity or more lack into your life. A negative mindset makes you feel like you will never accomplish anything and you doubt that you will be successful. This mindset causes you to give-up on your dreams before you really get started on achieving them. Often times you may not even know you are being negative when you are in fact negative. Do you ever decide to take action on a goal then immediately begin to think about all the ways you couldn’t possibly succeed? You may have… a negative mindset.
Creating compromise in your life can be a challenge when you don’t understand the art of communication. And communicating is an art with a key element that must be present for successful communication. We all have our unique style of communicating, but if it’s not getting you what you want, then perhaps you need to look at how you are getting your message across. There are many factors that are in play when you are communicating; clarity, picking your time, choosing your words etc. However, without the foundational understanding of this key element, your communication style will always be risky at best, totally misunderstood at worst.
Join me, Dr. Wendy Dearborne Choice Expert and Expression Coach Olivia Lashley as we delved into understanding the key element that allows you to communicate effectively.
