Hard Starboard Radio: Betrayal, Outing, Droning & Dying

    in Politics Conservative

Farewell, Afghanistan, we hardly knew ye; Why no outrage over Barack Obama's Plamegate?  It's a rhetorical question, but we've got the answer anyway; Obama's West Point speech and his policy of retreat are characterized by smallness, and that's the point; Nothing at the VA will change so long as Obamunist blind faith in government goes unquestioned, which means nothing will ever change at the VA - and there's a bonus in it for them besides.

    Tank Fancalls

    in Music

Strength can often be found in the midst of struggle. It's in those moments of hardship that we fully understand who we are and what we're really capable of. Grammy Award-nominated R&B singer, songwriter, and producer Tank realized that in late 2012. While working on the TGT super group album, Three Kings, with Ginuwine and Tyrese, he simultaneously endured a string of revelatory personal shakeups.

Tank makes music you can live with forever. His first two classics, 2001's Force of Nature and 2002's One Man, both achieved gold status, while his most recent solo outing This Is How I Feel landed in the Top 10 of the Billboard Top 200 upon its debut. He's garnered an impressive four Grammy Award nominations and collaborated with everybody from Chris Brown and Drake to Omarion and Kelly Rowland. Moreover, he remains an accomplished songwriter in his own right, penning tunes for the likes of Jamie Foxx, Pitbull, Aaliyah, and more. He even contributed to the score of Dreamgirls, making a cameo in the film.

Join us on Wednesday as this Grammy Nominated solo artist, writer and producer and 1/3 of the group TGT answers your questions. Call in 646-929-1325 at 6:30pm est and Talk To Tank. Episode 26: Chris Bonner/QB/Colorado State-Pueblo

    in Football

Episode 26: Colorado State-Pueblo Quarterback Chris Bonner and his team won the Division 2 National Championship in 2014. He is a big, strong passer with a cannon for an arm. Chris has the ability to extend plays with nifty footwork and the strength to shed pass rushers trying to bring him down. Importantly, he keeps his eyes downfield while manipulating the pocket. Furthermore, he suffered from a lot of dropped passes by his wide receivers. Unlike, many other quarterbacks entering the NFL, he played in a pro style offense. This means that he is used to NFL routes that he will have to complete as well as going up against coverages that are more reminicent of those used by pro defenses. After winning the National Title, he was invited and participated in the Medal of Honor Bowl where he had a nice outing. On the flipside of the coin, Chris has only adequate accuracy and decision making skills. If he is able to improve substantially in these areas then he may reach his ceiling of a good to very good starting quarterback in the NFL.

    in Lifestyle

    Pastor David Outing
    "A Catalyst Leader!"
What does "leadership" means from a biblical standpoint? The hiearchy of "leadership" for men (husband/father)? Is there a difference between a "father" & "daddy"?

     Happy Father's Day!!

Christian extremists? Really? Religion and politics!

    in Politics

Hr1   Extremist Christians called out... Not recent history. Scout leader takes Cubs on a different kind of "nature" outing! 500 jobs going to H-1 visa holders replacing Americans already working them!

Hr2 Super Bowl Theology - Pastor David Hegg joins Joe to discuss how people sell out to sports more than their religious beliefs. AND... RELIGION and POLITICS.

Hr3  Bradlee Dean joins Joe to discuss the current religious crisis we are in, BUT is it really new?

Have you had your healthy dose of reality lately?

There are always at least two sides to every story. Have you ever wondered how someone, who saw the same thing you did, walked away telling a vastly different story? Which version was correct? Which one was the REAL story? Actually, both are! It’s just a matter of perspective.

Joe takes the issues… especially the controversial issues (politics, prejudice, religion, illegal immigration)… and brings in people from different sides to share their viewpoint. This is definitely not a fluff piece. And while no one is attacked, the questions are hard-hitting.

But the conversation is always respectful and you’re sure to learn something new, even if you don’t agree!

If you’ve always wondered how the “other side” thinks and how they’ve arrived at their “stand”, then this is the show for you!

It’s not the right side, it’s not the wrong side, but the REAL side of the issues!

"The Road Less Traveled" Initial Outing

    in Education

    The Road Less Traveled!
    Saturdays
    9:00pm/Est 8:00pm/Ct 7:00pm/Mt 6:00pm/Pt
Live Listen and Chat go to: http://prepperbroadcasting.com/listen-chat/

Welcome to our initial outing on “The Road Less Traveled.” On this first excursion we’ll introduce ourselves and discuss our expected encounters along “The Road” as we progress from week to week.

We’ll discuss our origins, lessons-learned, and our view of the future. We’ll discuss the impact of post-modern information flow and how many overlook the significance thereof. We’ll discuss what we believe is most important in Prepping or any aspect of life. We’ll discuss what we believe is at the core of successful living and what is most important about developing self-reliance. We’ll share some of the personal discoveries we’ve made over many years of study and experience and how they relate to understanding the world in which we live.

All of these topics will be extensively treated as the trip continues from week to week as there is far too much to cover in a single hour, and much of what will be discussed is of an evolving and dynamic nature. Therefore, we ask all the listeners to consider the information and share your thoughts with us and with each other so that we may all expand our knowledge bases.

We intend that these shows be highly interactive so call-ins are greatly encouraged. Also, often there will be “homework” assignments. We’re all here to learn and the best learning experiences come interactively.

We look very forward to seeing you on this week’s journey down “The Road Less Traveled.”
